Vince (Sales) and Rob (Finance) were excellent to work with I recently purchased a 2015 Mercedes GLK 350 from ECarOne which I found on eBay. I had not heard of EC1 before, but working with Vince in on-line sale I recently purchased a 2015 Mercedes GLK 350 from ECarOne which I found on eBay. I had not heard of EC1 before, but working with Vince in on-line sales put me immediately at ease. After satisfying myself I couldn't get a better deal on a similar vehicle elsewhere, I paid my deposit to EC1. Vince helped me to arrange a pre-purchase inspection with their local Mercedes dealership and EC1 paid for all the service items reported during the inspection - mainly replacement brake pads and rotors all round. EC1 had also fitted a new set of Firestone tires and even replaced missing OEM items at their expense. Luckily I had a trip planned to Dallas, so a couple of weeks later I visited EC1 to test drive the vehicle and complete the purchase with Rob from Finance. Shipping the vehicle from TX to CA was a breeze. Nothing was too much trouble for Vince and Rob and they were very responsive which is important for an out-of-state buyer. I will definitely buy from ECarOne again. More

Responsive, Attentive, & Informative I walked in off the street and went up to the counter, where Jaren was on the phone. As soon as his call was over he was there to assist me in any way. No fuss, no muss. Within a few minutes I had a few vehicles set up to look at and test drive. I loved the fact that you just hopped in and test drove them around, came back and tried the next car you selected. That made the decision on which care much easier to make. Basically, I selected the car they fully rechecked it out and detailed it and I came back signed the papers and drove my car home. Would use their service again!! More
