Johnny and Rami came through in the end. We came to pick up the suv and it looked bad, so we backed out of the deal and were refunded our 400. Very nice on Ramis part. They cleaned up the paint work and a week later we picked it up. I took it to BMW and fond out that the window had been replaced and not done right, that was 600.00. The trailer hitch was missing a part that was 350.00. It need a second key 500.00 and back floor mats at 100.00. It needed new tires so they put on 3 and I paid for one. It's not about paying for one it's about customer service. The car was a lot of money. In the end Rami tried to help out with the windshield,he was a big help and yes I would trust this company for my next purchase. More

Trust me I called many Park Place Dealership to check the creditable of the services they provided and they were not as helpful with the car buying experience. Park Place tried to rip me off in trading in my Ford F-250. But NOT ECar One they gave me the maximum amount more than any one in the DFW area. They're fair and honest! Johnny Warden, Our Salesman, was efficient and punctual with his communication. Mo Ozzie, Finance Coordinator, was honest and upfront with the warranty packages. Rami, Sales Supervisor, was thorough and ready. We drove from about 4 1/2 hours and were not disappointed. We spent more time drving than we did test driving and signing everything. If you are thinking about making the drive, do it.....you won't regret it. By the way, ask for Johnny!!! More

My calls and questions were promptly answered and I really had no worries about flying 1000 miles to come pick up the car. Silas Wilmore emailed me the necessary documents beforehand, and also met me as I was picking the car up. I had a great experience dealing with Johnny Warden. Johnny was very helpful and easy to talk with regarding any questions or concerns I had. Johnny also arranged transportation from the airport to the dealership for me.
