Updated Review: Great Prices, not great service I had short-listed few cars which were ready for me to test-drive when I arrived. When I gave my list to Bryan and he told me the one I will like the I had short-listed few cars which were ready for me to test-drive when I arrived. When I gave my list to Bryan and he told me the one I will like the most based on my taste..and he was right. I bought the same one, not quite quickly as I hoped based on other reviews. On the date they said, I showed up with the check. I was told car is ready and they are pulling it out for me. I see the car and it is not ready. The tires were not replaced yet and car was not detailed. I was told 'Yes the tires have been replaced, we put in whatever we have and we just wash and vacuum, not detail as you expect'. I showed them the photos of the listing with the tires to prove that I am right. Then I was told that there was 'miss-communication' and tires are ordered and not there yet. At that time the floor-mats were also ordered. I show up again after 2 weeks to get the car. The tires are mounted but floor-mats not arrived yet and takes '2-3 weeks'. I was told to wait for it and now it has been 7 weeks. After a lot of follow-ups, I was told that they have overnight the floor mats. When I got the floor mats, they were not the ones that were for my car. They were the generic ones instead of the premium ones that comes with the car. It is more of a time consuming hassle for me now follow-up anymore. I wished I would have NOT picked up a premium car without the floor mats..as it gets dirty quickly. More

I usually service my cars at Park Place Mercedes and their "certified pre-owned" stock don't even come close to the beautiful vehicles at E-Car one.
