Plus, they get new inventory every week, so if you monitor their web page, you can find the car that you are looking for - with the options that you want. That opportunity is not available anywhere else. ECarOne clearly works under a high volume strategy, which allows for fair pricing and a large inventory. This is great for the buyer! What this approach does requires is that the buyer do their own research (online) on the inventory, options, condition. If you use ECarOne, you must be proactive and use your time to research their inventory, then approach them when you find a car or two that meet your expectations. They loose 1-star for the lack integrity. Anytime a business adds a cost (fee) using abbreviations, you know that that something is rotten in the woodshed. ECarOne adds the normal valid fees (Tax, Title, License, inspection), and the normal bogus fees (Document Fee, vehicle inventory tax fee), but they take it a step further and added an additional mystery "VPP" fee of $185. Like all dealers, they spin this bogus fee with they have some real costs associated with the VPP, but the truth is that they could have add these real cost ($185) to the "One-Price" and I would have happily purchased the car and considered EcarOne to be of the highest integrity. As is, I still purchased the car as the One-Price + $75 Vehicle Inventory Tax + $125 Document Fee + TTL + $185 "VPP", was still fair. Sadly, by adding the bogus VPP fee, ECarOne fall in line with all others - willing to trade their integrity for peanuts. I would recommend ECarOne and use them again, but would lower my expectations of integrity to being "in-par with the used car industry". My sale person (Kenny) was awesome, the 3 stars for customer service is because of "Managements decision" to fall in line with the slimy used car industry, but adding the $185 as a VPP fee rather than being honest and forthright and adding the $185 to the price. "Management" and ECarOne are similar to "Management" everywhere else - Unethical, Egotistical, Stupid and Out of Touch, but I would go back for the large inventory and fair price (One-Price + $185). More

The valet process was awesome, I picked a few cars, they pulled them all around the front, I test drove a few of them, and loved the one I ended up with! There were a few small issues with the car but they handled it. It is now gorgeous and running well so far! Overall it was a great experience. More
