Tremendous "out of state" buying experience!!! After searching for a seemingly difficult to find GL series Mercedes I came across "the one" on the E-CarOne website, but it was nearly 500 miles from After searching for a seemingly difficult to find GL series Mercedes I came across "the one" on the E-CarOne website, but it was nearly 500 miles from my home in Tennessee. However, after emailing and then speaking with Byran J. it was clear that it was going to be worth my drive to Carrollton. Bryan made sure the car was detailed and available for a test drive the moment I arrived. There was no pressure with the length of test drive I required, he was patient and knowledgeable in answering all my questions regarding the equipment on the car, and very professional as we discussed the financial side of the purchase. All in all, I couldn't be more pleased with the service Bryan and the rest of the folks at E-CarOne provided. From the number of customers in the showroom and the volume of business they do, I don't think my experience is unique - it really is a great place to purchase your next vehicle! More

Average overall, NOT the best! I looked up a BMW on cars.com and ran into this 5 series that I liked so I sent an email request and Elias called. I asked about the trade in value for my car and after I filled out an online form I got a response quickly with an offer. (At this point I was impressed about the effectiveness and so far an easy car buying experience even though I was not sure I was getting the best deal for my trade) However, I decided to go check out the 5-series and take it from there since it was at a good price. Here is were the downfall starts: 1. They say they close at 7 but you gotta show up at 6 if you want to test drive the car or even talk to anyone. I think they should change their hours to 6 to be more accurate. 2. I showed up the next day to test drive the car and it was a "transactional experience" nothing really great about the interaction. I felt more rushed (late in the day again since I had to go after work) and like Elias was too busy and short on time. 3. Once again due to their hours constraint I had to go back the next business day. I had an appointment and even Elias called to confirm and let me know that everything was ready. I show up during my lunch time and nothing was ready so I had to spend more time than expected. 4. While I was waiting another guy walked in and it definitely lengthen my time at the dealership since now Elias is trying to help him and me at the same time. Please be mindful of your customer's time in the future. I was left alone for long periods of time not knowing what was going on and ultimately wasting my time. 5. I go to the finance director "Rami" and we run into another situation as we were signing about my trade but Rami took care of it effectively, although he also seemed "transactional" and nothing to make it a memorable car buying experience. If anything I'll remember the opposite. Lastly, I only purchased here for the price! More

Fun and Professional Car Buying Experience Overall we were very satisfied with E-Car One. I have bought many cars over the years and was surprised (and Refreshed) with the style and character Overall we were very satisfied with E-Car One. I have bought many cars over the years and was surprised (and Refreshed) with the style and character of the dealership and all of its employees. This is a no-pressure buying experience, and a fun atmosphere. To get started, you tell them which cars you are interested and set up a time to test drive. They valet the cars in and out for you. If none of the cars speak to you, no problem. Keep looking. They will get one in that does. It took us a little over 3 weeks (three Saturday test drive sessions) for my wife to finally decide. The test driving actually took us in a different direction as she deciced on an SUV instead of a Sedan (much to my satisfaction). Another good reason to shop here is their pricing of the Cars and also the Extended Warranty. You can waste a lot of time looking at all the dealerships and they wont beat E-Car Ones' pricing. That goes for both the Cars and the Extended Warranty. They beat my credit union on both financing and price of extended warranty. Very impressive! and thanks Ozzie! Elias S. was our Salesperson and I would certainly recommend that you give him a call. He will definately take good care of you:) Mr. Rassas glided us through all the paperwork and answered all our questions. thanks Rami! Now that my wife is all set, i know where to look!
