He was the primary contact during most of the buying process, most of which went smoothly. I had the car shipped to me in my home state, a process that went well. I could have used a bit more follow up coordination in order to know when the car would actually arrive, although there were no problems. There were a few issues of timing with the paperwork, but that was a "back office" issue and Jaren was the one who helped. Overall, I was,pleased with his help and with eCar. More

Best Car Buying Experience EVER!!! I heard about ECARONE.COM on the radio. I've been looking for a car that I would keep for a long time. I was checking out the vehicles at the local M I heard about ECARONE.COM on the radio. I've been looking for a car that I would keep for a long time. I was checking out the vehicles at the local Mercedes dealership but decided to give you guys a try - and I am so very glad I made that decision. I saw this car in the very color I wanted, the list price, and compared it on True Car.com. It listed the price as GREAT. I called the local Mercedes dealership to see if the price could be matched. I only did this because I really didn't want to have to drive from FtWorth to Carrollton for a car. The exact same car with a few more miles was listed $5000 more at the local dealership. The salesman was not willing to match the price, so I contacted ECarOne.com; shortly thereafter Elias S called me back about the car. He told me the car was in transit to the dealership, so I put a deposit to hold it. I was notified when it arrived, made arrangements to test drive - to which I fell in love with it. Today I picked it up and the whole process was truly amazing! I told Elias that I without a doubt I would for sure recommend him and ECarOne.com to my friends. It was truly the best car buying experience EVER. Oh - and don't you just love this Lunar Metallic Blue color??? More

I was looking for a certain make, model, and color and e car one had exactly what I wanted. So, I flew in and they had a driver pick me up at DFW. I went in met with Dylan and we took the vehicle for a test ride. That's all I needed, and made the deal. Dylan was personable and professional throughout the process, which was only about an hour! We (management) did have slight misunderstanding concerning the aftermarket warranty and I spoke to the sales manager after the purchase and it was remedied quickly. More

Great deal and customer service on a BMW X5 I'm always skeptical of used car dealerships as margins are low and they lack much of the accountability of new car manufacturer dealers. But I was th I'm always skeptical of used car dealerships as margins are low and they lack much of the accountability of new car manufacturer dealers. But I was thrilled with my experience with E-CarOne and Jaren Banks in particular. We walked in off the street and went up to the kiosk and Jaren was there to help direct our search a bit. No pressure. Within moments we had a few vehicles set up to look at and test drive. We were allowed to test drive them on our own which is always way better since you can really talk about it with your SO. After picking one out that we really liked we worked a deal to leave a deposit so they would have a couple items serviced before we bought it. They use a local service shop and if under warranty they take it to places like Classic BMW for instance, like for our car. In fact, I took it in a few days ago to get something fixed and they had good things to say about E-CarOne. The name is awful by the way. I always screw it up. But, they have a pretty good reputation. Well earned. Jaren, has been super responsive and has followed through on his word on multiple occasions and really bent over backwards to make sure we were happy. I really appreciate that. Even after the deal was done he has been just as responsive. Thanks, Jaren. Overall, I highly recommend these guys. If you are looking for a lease-return, low mileage luxury car from BMW or Mercedes this place is a goldmine. Please ask for Jaren, he'll take good care of you. I plan on purchasing future vehicles from them. More
