You request a car you want to try and a valet has it outside ready to go. When you return, your next requested car is at the valet. No, salesperson tagging along on the test drive. the pricing is extremely competitive and the best part.... they gave me more money on my trade in then any other company offered. Worst experience buying a car I bought a 2014 Maserati Quattroporte GTS from here, buying process was easy. When I start car next day, lot of white smoke was coming from air vent a I bought a 2014 Maserati Quattroporte GTS from here, buying process was easy. When I start car next day, lot of white smoke was coming from air vent and some was coming from exhaust. I notified sales person and he said it could be from a cold start. I noticed the same thing following day, I took car to boardwalk Ferrari in Plano to get it checked out. They said oil level was over limit and oil got to spark plug and into air vent and it will cost for $1200 for it. I contact sales person and he said car was serviced at that dealership and they will work with them. It has been 4 weeks since I dropped my car at dealership and issue still hasn't been resolved. I called ecarone several time to work with dealership in getting issue resolved and it's still and fixed. I contact boardwalk and they haven't heard from ecarone since last week. I don't see any interest from ecarone side since car was sold to me, I bought and sold several cars in past and never had to deal with similar issue, by far my worst car buying experience. More
