However, I would never consider purchasing without seeing it in person or conducting a test drive. Therefore, the proximity of the dealer to my home was key, less than 500 miles. Overall this was a great experience and my sales associate, Masoud, went out of his way to make sure I was comfortable with the purchase and took care of additional requests, in particular acquiring new owners manuals in OEM packaging. I look forward to doing business w/ this dealership in the future. Also unlike most dealerships, there was no pressure in this transaction which made the car buying experience actually pleasurable rather than a dreaded activity. More

I've known Spenser for many years, but I wasn't aware he worked at E Car One until after I found a few cars I like on Auto Trader and Car Gurus an I've known Spenser for many years, but I wasn't aware he worked at E Car One until after I found a few cars I like on Auto Trader and Car Gurus and when I realized it was the Spenser I knew I was thrilled! My car shopping situation was completely unexpected and without warning so I was quite stressed out over the idea of needing a vehicle on no notice and also car shopping in general because I've had awful experiences in the past and Spenser went above and beyond to make sure he righted the wrongs of OTHER companies. He turned what could have easily been a super stressful, and potentially miserable experience into something so easy and painless that I felt like I was buying a new purse, a big investment but without any stress! He stayed up late several nights to go over options with me and talked me through each car I liked, making sure I made the best choice and not just a sale, it was incredibly evident that he genuinely cares about the best interest of his clients! Spenser kept my husband and I from killing eachother over the stress and providing such an unparalleled experience that my husband ended up buying a car as well, which was definitely not part of the plan. I can not reiterate how amazing this experience was, I will never buy anywhere else and preferably not from anyone else, Spenser is next level. He turned a negative (old car situation) into a HUGE positive with TWO great cars.
