The folks at iAutohaus know who I am, all their technicians are certified, and their labor rates a lower than any big name dealer. Their facility is modern, spotless and well organized. I do not understand why anyone would waste money buying a new car when you can get a like new car for a lot less. I also don't know why anyone would pay dealer labor rates when you can get the same, if not better quality for less at iAutohaus. Mike More
