Over the phone, Zaryab went the extra mile to personally check and confirm that it actually had a beautiful white interior. He shared all the details I needed and even showed me the car in the back parking lot before it ever reached the showroom. We locked the deal the same day. Despite the challenges with financing due to the car’s price, Zaryab worked hard to secure a loan for me and was very generous with my trade-in value. After the test drive, I had a few concerns about the car. Zaryab coordinated with the service department, made sure the issues were addressed, and even test-drove the car himself afterwards to confirm everything was resolved. Throughout the process, he was professional, responsive, and patient, answering all of my many questions and calls. His honesty and dedication gave me complete confidence in my purchase. They scammed me on the registration of 2 cars At the time of signing, they told me the first year’s registration would be included. Three months later, they completely flipped on me and stuck me with the bill. That’s fraud, plain and simple. When I confronted Andrew about it, he saud you can considered it as a scam( i have proof if that) and when I tried to get the general manager involved, it was even worse he ignored me completely, showing that customer complaints mean NOTHING to this dealership. This place is a disgrace to the Mercedes-Benz brand. They are liars, scammers, and completely unprofessional. Once they take your money, you’re on your own. Don’t be fooled by their fake promises. I do not blame the sales guy as he was trying to close a deal, but I did not receive that same pressure at Fletcher Mercedes Benz Newport Beach. Besides the pressure I was sold a certain warranty and then later realized I was not given the warranty I was told I would have. It took weeks and weeks to resolve this and at the end of the day the dealer never fully fixed it. I had to deal with the warranty company myself to get it activated. Also, I was told I had to get the Zurich Shield which is a protective ceramic style coating. The car did not look like it had it applied so I took it in to get reapplied and they simply just didn’t do it. The claimed they did but it was obvious they didn’t. The car was given back to me dirty and the inside wasn’t even wiped down, so how could they have done it? Do yourself a favor and go to a better dealer. There is a reason why Mercedes Benz of West Covina is 3.6 on Google and Fletcher Mercedes Jones is 4.3 Stay far far away! The worst! More

They marked the car had a full tank of gas and I told him that is not correct it was almost 3/4 gas. I took a picture of it when I left and return the car with the same gas amount. Mercedes-Benz of West Covina is a VERY VERY bad company. We took our car to be repaired at Mercedes-Benz of West Covina because the computer engine light was on. Mercedes-Benz of West Covina checked and said our Ignition Coil broken, and they replaced the Ignition Coil for us, and told us that the car was repaired finish and we could take it home. We paid $2949 for the change Ignition Coil, took the car from Mercedes-Benz of West Covina and drove home. After driving for ten minutes, the old problem of the car reappeared again. This time the problem seemed to be more serious. We almost stopped twice, forcing us to almost turn on the emergency lights. We went back to Mercedes-Benz of West Covina to discuss this old problem. Because the old problem still existed after replacing the Ignition Coil, that means it was not a problem with the Ignition Coil at all, and it also showed that our original Ignition Coil was not broken. After that, Mercedes-Benz of West Covina said they found a new problem, saying that the Voltage Coverter was broken and it would cost $1000 to replace it. We said that it was fine to replace the Voltage Coverter, and if it was broken, we had to replace it, but please put back our old Ignition Coil that we confirmed was not broken, and refund us $2949. At this time, Mercedes-Benz of West Covina insisted that "we dont put your old Ignition Coil back because it is too old." they refusal to refound us that $2949 Mercedes-Benz of West Covina is shameless. I recently had a deeply frustrating experience at this dealership that I feel compelled to share. After moving to California, I signed a contract last Sunday, full cash in hand, excited to finally have my dealership that I feel compelled to share. Just two days later, I discovered that both keys for my car were missing. I drove over an hour to pick up a loaner, only to be told it would take 3 to 5 business days to resolve the issue. I felt utterly lost and helpless during this time. When one key was finally found, Zaryab brought the car to me, but then I realized the dealership forgot to provide the temporary license plate I needed for registration. To make things worse, I found scratches and dents on the car, as well as damaged rims. I was advised to return the car for repairs, which was incredibly disappointing. This should have been an exciting experience, but it turned into a nightmare. If you’re considering this dealership, I urge you to think twice. I never expected such poor service from a brand with a solid reputation. My experience has left me feeling frustrated and disheartened. I would recommend looking elsewhere to avoid the headaches I faced. More
