Service department complaint: Lied about when our vehicle would be fixed, never returned phone calls or texts, absolute avoidance of communication with the customer. Both Scott, Gary, AND the general vehicle would be fixed, never returned phone calls or texts, absolute avoidance of communication with the customer. Both Scott, Gary, AND the general management of the dealership have not called back, despite both myself and my husband calling numerous times over thr course of the week. If all parts were in stock and it should have been done in Tuesday, we should have been told Friday if that was the actual day. We had to show up in person expecting our vehicle to be told it would be done Friday. Absolutely deplorable. Will never go back. If I could rate it zero stars for accountability, I would. More
