Craig is always very nice and goes the extra mile to the extent that he can. He always provides a loaner car while service is being done.
It was a dark stormy day. I was disappointed in management of the dealership overall in that there was not an indoor ability to complete my expensive Butler contract on the scheduled date due to rain and having to reschedule 2 Months later. Also my car was not washed or even vacuumed because as Craig said, that the washer machine was broken.
Lexus is an upscale dealership that sells upscale cars at upscale prices. Therefore owners should be able to expect upscale service. A facility that can’t fulfill its obligation to the Butler program depending on the weather and can’t even vaccum a car that comes in for service is falling short of upscale. Also washer machines need to be repaired as soon as possible. Finally, From the service report it appears that the oil was not changed nor tires rotated. Craig informed me that we were good to go so I assumed these things had been done.
