I had the opportunity to visit this dealership after experiencing some electrical problems with a vehicle purchase from another dealership. However, after having detailed and thorough dialogue with the Service Advisor, I was totally impressed when the Owner, Mr. Frank Williams took the liberty to come and meet me and gave his assurance that my vehicle would be taken care of and offered some extreme welcomed greetings that I appreciated to the utmost. It was absolutely the greatest experience at a dealership that I had ever experienced. As a result, I'm in the process of purchasing my next truck from this location. The Superior leadership that I observed was impeccable and flat out second to none, and the Service Advisor actions were a direct reflection of his Superior leadership.

From start to finish treated my wife superb. A loaner was given just in case the maintenance / service due would take longer than a day. ( travel nurse) . Our car was taken in and treated like new.(2014 328i). We were kept up to date numerous times and had ZERO problems getting scheduled.
