Awful experience!! I don’t know if it was because I was an African American female but I was treated like a criminal. Engine blew on my Kia Optima. (I’m still paying a note on this car). I had a mobile mechanic that that would change my oil and do the little jobs for my vehicle for me. When I was told I needed service records to show that the vehicle had been serviced properly I asked the mechanic who came up with documents created by him. I was told basically that they were all signed the signed the same day but mechanic said they were all printed the same day. I was interrogated about the service records that were not my fault. My car sat from November 2024 until June 12, 2025 with no one wanting to really help me. Long story short I was denied my claim because it was said we didn’t properly service the car. We bought it brand new. My ex husband and I. They even questioned me about me not being the original owner of the vehicle and I had to prove so much to them I became extremely exhausted. I paid $600 to them just for pictures of the engine that they told me I couldn’t see the pictures of what they found. I also asked for proof that my car sat up at the dealership for 8 months and they kept telling me they would email me with it and I still haven’t received it. I need this for the tag because of insurance. Please don’t purchase from these people. They are crooked. My ex husband and I are back together and he’s a veteran that did 20 years in the military and has multiple disabilities. They made him worse because of what we experienced.
