Customer Service in the service department.....there is none. I brought my Niro in yesterday for a check engine light. Travis wouldn't get off the stool behind the computer to even look at it. All he could say was make an appointment and then tell me how lucky I was that they worked it in today. If Jarvis had been there, I would have had a much better experience.

We needed the car serviced and some part recall replaced, emission control device I believe. Since my wife is laid off it was the perfect time for us to take it in and be able to get it all done at once. They had no problem doing that.

I wouldn’t advise anyone to go to this dealership I purchased a 2015 Kia Soul not even two years and the motor is gone and basically they are telling me it’s nothing they can do which is unacceptable the crazy part is they still want me to pay for a car I can’t drive so basically I was sold a car they knew wasn’t going to last I still have a remaining balance of 7,000 dollars on the car and they told me that I didn’t have a warranty after 100,000 miles which I haven’t drove the car 100,000 miles I purchased the car at 108,000 miles now I have 156,000 which if added up i haven’t drove the car 100,000 miles

0/5 Stars is true rating: I purchased my car at this dealership new this year. I reached my first service interval and SCHEDULED an appointment. I had to wait 2.5 hours for an oil change and tire rotation. This is unacceptable at any level. If they cannot handle the volume then the service manager should be metering their schedule better. From a customer service point of view, the manager was "unavailable;" typical, let everyone else feel the frustration of the customer due to your decisions. Great place to buy a car but because they cannot transfer that experience to the service department, where customer service really begins, I HIGHLY suggest that you find somewhere else. I was a raving fan of this dealership; however, they have proved me wrong. I WILL NOT go back unless I can leave my car there all day for a factory recall. That is it. Shameful. If I was this owner I would fire that service manger today and find someone that could do the job.

On our way to Florida for vacation our Kia Sportage broke down. We were able to drive it to this Kia dealership. We were approached by Michael Bramlett! This guy went above and beyond to help us! He even drove my husband to a rental car place so we could get back on the road. He was amazing!! He said it's just that Southern hospitality lol...They even had our car fixed and waiting on our trip back home. They even took care of our rental! I'm glad we had the chance of meeting him! Thank You again Michael Bramlett!! We will never forget that Southern hospitality from you!!

On December 2, 2020, I took my KIA Soul to Dean McCrary with the engine light blinking. I was told I would probably need a new engine. Well they kept my car for THREE weeks not ONE phone call to me. I had to call EVERYDAY and was told we are waiting on the tech line, what ever that is. They REFUSED to give me a loaner and REFUSED to pay for a rental! When I did pick up my car I was told they gave me a FREE oil change, because they had to clean out all of the thick oil in the engine. Well, well, I have EVERY receipt from my car being at the dealership and these include oil changes. I am wondering if I ever got an oil change! I did call KIA consumer affairs! They could not get anyone from Dean McCrary to return their calls either. So my message to would be buyers go ANYWHERE but Dean McCrary, home of the life time warranty!!!! To get this life time warranty you MUST have your car serviced there for EVERYTHING!

Hughes Auto service Fixed my Hyudai, the part was put on wrong then they charged me again to put the right part on when the manager agreed to waive the service charge, the charge was on the bill anyway. Also Dean Team Hyundai did not fix my service problem back in November when they first had, said they did not have time.

Absolute worst in my 50 years of living. Purchased new VW Atlas, dangerous steering issues, absolute worst service ever! VW customer care also! Service rep was argumentative and dismissed our safety concerns over what has been researched as a serious and dangerous issue with these vehicles. He insisted that it was just a stabilizer bar end link, I knew better because I have a mechanical and technical background. Took it in for the so-called minor issue only to be told then that it was the electronic steering box, and that they would have to have special permission from VW to order and replace! Total bs as I researched the steering knuckle issues with these vehicles. No idea when the part would be in or when the vehicle would be repaired. No offer of courtesy vehicle as he stated the owner doesn’t do courtesy vehicles but rather had us continue to drive an unsafe vehicle. In the presence of another co-worker as well as ours after we were getting back into an unrepaired vehicle, I was called an “xxxxxxx” and watched him use hand gesture of putting a gun to his head! Called to speak with service manager, no response. Called to speak with general manager/owner, no response. Contacted VW customer care and got nowhere so we got rid of the vehicle and will never buy another VW ever! My advice is do your research on dealers before you consider buying anything no matter what make or model. Also beware of the shady finance manager and his backend financing rates where he tacks on additional APR on top of what the bank offers.
