Let me tell you something about my experience with Lithia in Wasilla.. I'm 35 hard working mom, and wrecked my car Monday when I was t-boned by a moose. Today Thursday, I was left with $500 after total out and I have bad credit. These men went above and beyond for me to see me leave in a reliable, safe, mostly affordable vehicle. (2024 Sorento if you're curious) I walked in, in literal tears, was met with unwavering kindness, overwhelming support, funny, clever, sweet men who went out of their way to see me and my kid just a little happier. I'll never forget my experience.. I walked in desolate, feeling hopeless, and left in a car nicer than I ever thought I'd have. They spent HOURS with me making sure I understood and was doing ok. Flight the banking institution to work with me and my terrible credit. My perception of car salesmen has forever been altered positively. They made buying a car easier than borrowing one, no jokes. Casey, Chris and Cody you 3 are saints and what men in this world should aspire to be. Thank you for your support and help and incredible customer and human service. You're so appreciated.

The service center is still as incompetent as ever. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY on these people who don't listen, don't communicate with you, don't honor your time/appointment, can't follow instructions, do not care or want to do the work, are rude and unreliable. It is a joke of a repair shop. I have honestly never had worse customer service in my life. We had multiple issues with the way they handled our situation. The most laughable one was when they told us they couldn't mount the spare tire underneath the vehicle (we asked them to fix the broken mechanism and then mount the tire once it was fixed) because there was no spare tire. It was in the back of the vehicle. They never looked, they never asked us (I told them it was there) and they didn't fix the broken mechanism! It's truly a miracle they can operate such a failure of a business.
