Came in for an issue on my Cadillac ATS-V that no one prior could seem to pinpoint. The service director handed me off to Britt Rivington. Britt was great with communication and would follow up with me every few days to let me know what they have found and to relay info between myself and the tech. He would also keep me looped in on the status of incoming parts, and give me pretty realistic ETAs. Overall, the whole repair took a bit longer than anticipated, but working with Britt made it quite easy and assuring with his frequent contact. My car is back now and running like new, couldn't be more satisfied!

I hesitate to even leave on star because that's how bad they are! I have a 2020 Subaru Outback. I had a tire emergency, my tire was loosing air and i didn't know why. I pulled into the service department on 3-17-2021 and spoke with Kenneth Duistermars and started my work order.
The work order was to see why my tire was going flat, that's all! They pulled my car in and took the tire off but not off of the rim. Kenny came back and said that they pulled the tire off of the rim and looked inside and couldn't find anything wrong with my tire and that it must be the valve stem, but when i talked to the service guy that worked on my car he said that he DID NOT take the tire off of the rim, that he just took the tire off of the car and couldn't find anything!! KENNY LIED TO MY FACE! So they said that they tightened the valve stem and sent me on my way. Then they rotated my tires which i did not ask them to do and is not required for this type of work order!
Well the next day 3-18-2021 my tire was flat so i took my car back and told them to take it off the rim and look inside the tire ( don't even know why i half to tell them this)! They took the tire off the rim and found a huge visible piece of metal that you can clearly see from the outside. Then they came back and showed me what they found and said it was unfixable and that they could sell me some brand new tires! THIS IS UNACCECPTABLE! They are lairs and rip offs and I will never go back to Horn Auto Service again No matter what emergency I have! This took 5 hours of my work time that I had to take off of work because of there incomitance! They will never get my business or recommendation to anyone. If anyone askes me about Horn I will advise against it! They shouldn't even be allowed to sell Subaru's!
I also want to add that last year when i was looking for a subaru I stopped at Horn and they wouldn't give me the time of day, this is why i didn't buy from Horn and instead went to the valley for my purchase.

I had major body work done on my car. I was asked to take the vehicle when it still had unresolved problems. Since then I have had to bring the car back to have the door adjusted, hatch adjusted, and twice because local glass shops can't get a windshield to fit correctly. Every time I get the well, we have a life time warranty just bring it back. I don't want to bring it back, I want it fixed right the first time. Nice people but very disappointed in the results. The response I get is, "I don't know why it won't fit". I expected better quality, better service, and better handling of the problem.
I expected Moore and I got a lot less :(
