I have a 2024 Hyundai Tucson hybrid.
Running over road debris on the I-10, my tire was damaged and not repairable. Late in the afternoon (3:45) I contacted the dealership and let them know that I have a tow truck scheduled to take my car in to have the tire replaced. I spoke with Service Rep. Scott. He made me feel important and assured me he would get my care taken care of. The tire was not in stock, but he placed an order to have one brought over the next day. Scott made recommendations, noted my concerns, so I felt heard. He remained upbeat and professional, even though I brought an issue to him late in the day, telling me, not to worry, because he will stay as long as needed, to make sure I am taken care of. Due to the way I was treated, I will request that Scott is my service rep. In the future. When my car was ready Scott sent the shuttle to pick me up. Shuttle driver was so kind and professional.
