Unprofessional and very cocky individual when trying to get parts for my 911. He is one of those guys who thinks he knows it all but in reality knows practically nothing.

My visit to the dealership was for an upgrade on anti-theft software recall. The Center has been renovated since I was there last and it's very nice, so clean and comfortable (esp. the ladies' room) Coffee and snacks available and plenty of space to sit and read or watch TV as I waited. I was informed along the way how things were going with my car. They finished before the specified time and they made sure EVERYTHING was working as it should before I left the dealership. Very comfortable and reassuring for me to continue to use KIA PRESCOTT VALLEY on 5600 E Market St,

Scheduling maintenance using the Toyota app made it easy. The maintenance rep. should review everything that was done and what may need scheduling prior to signing final maintenance paperwork. This was not done and I wasn't notified the progress on the truck and if other repairs are needed before the truck was completed.
