This is my first Bentley, But the accondations were sub standard. BMW of Long Beach had Coffee, water, juice, soda, tea and pastries. I am sure the added items would not bankrupt the company seeing the labor hour is 205.00 dollars. Also I live in Kern county and I read online if an item is shipped to you , you pay the sales tax in the county where you receive it, no one was able to verify that information and the business office was not helpful at all.

Buying luxury cars should be a pleasant and exciting experience. I ordered an Aston Martin DB9 in 2004. Once the car was finally in production, the sales manager -Mr O'Hara- asked me to pay an additional $1600.00 preparation fee to deliver my car. Arrogant attitude, poor business practices, bad manners. Run!!!

I recently purchased a preowned 2009 Porsche Carrera S from this dealership. Since I was located in Orange County, Jason (the sales manager) was very helpful over the phone as well as through emails. After only a week's time, the car was delivered to me as promised! Vince (Jason's manager) was also very accommodating with some of my initial concerns about the car. Overall, it was a great experience!
