I had the great misfortune of losing my keys to my TLX and having to get a new one made. Oakland Acura made the process as painless as possible and was able to squeeze me in same day and was able to have it done hours ahead of time. As I was waiting in service the staff would walk by say hi and just do a friendly check in. Have to say they do make you feel like family here!

If I had an issue it was resolved quickly and to my satisfaction. Wally, my service advisor, is always professional, courteous, and great to work with. My experience with Palm Springs Motors has always been better than any other dealer I have worked with in the past!
