I dreaded going back for a warranty item, I was pleasantly surprised with Kah he was friendly, helpful, went to bat for me on a warranty item. Got me an Uber and followed up with me. When we first moved to the AV back in the early 90s, we tried H.W. Hunter but found the folks down in Valencia Dodge to be more hospitable. I'm so glad that when we checked out Hunter Dodge again 10 years ago that it was no longer the case! They really did up the game in courtesy and service excellence, touching base with us on the maintenance of our '08 Caliber and '08 Chrysler 300 and clearly explaining whatever needs to be done to the cars. In particular, Leilani has been great to us over the years and has always ensured that our needs are taken cared of during our visits! It feels great to have excellent customer service while supporting a local dealer.

Warren, the service manager, sets the tone there, and I've never experienced such great service anywhere. He's attentive, caring, utterly professional and runs a great shop. The prices are fair, the service is personal. I thought maybe it was my impression only, but the other day I was in the waiting room and heard him patiently explain to another customer why her battery went bad, the difference between batteries and how she can get the most out of her battery. He was respectful of her questions and inquiries. I hope he stays there as long as I own an Infiniti.
