Toyota Carlsbad Collision Center went above and beyond for my repairs and repaint. Their staff were always courteous, excellent at managing expectations, and most importantly to me: transparent. Robert talked me through all of my available options for my car's paint issues, and was upfront about which options might be best for me--even if that best option financially might be to not get some services done. This earned my trust with him and the collision center, and was why I chose them for my repairs in the end. Repairs happened quickly, and I was always informed along the way. My car came back newer looking than when I first bought it used, and I was surprised to find they'd cleaned my interior too. I'll definitely work with them again if my Toyota needs more services!

I recently had work done on my 2023 G90 at Norm Reeves Genesis of Cerritos and they did an excellent job. I had it serviced and I also complained of a rattle which it has had for a long time. The rattle only happened when driving over certain sharp bumps. When I took it in, I asked for someone to go on a test drive with me so I could try to point out the rattle. The shop foreman rode with me, but I was frustrated that I didn't really hear the rattle during the test drive. The dealership had previously replaced the front passenger headrest in an attempt to cure the rattle. This time, they replaced the rear window sunshade because they determined that a rattle was coming from it. When I picked up my car, I asked if the foreman could go on another test drive with me. I had to wait a while for this, so I drove around the neighborhood near the dealership for over an hour trying to find a place with the right kind of bumps so that the rattle would happen. I was thrilled that the foreman and I clearly heard the rattle happen on this second test drive. He even commented that the rattle was rather loud. They checked my car back in and provided me with another nice loan car. This time they replaced the seat frame for the seatback of the passenger seat. I think they have succeeded in repairing the rattle this time and I enjoy driving my car even more now that it is blessedly quiet. I am grateful that the dealership and Genesis invested a lot of time, effort and money into repairing my car. It was all free to me because it was covered by warranty. I am always impressed when a company goes out of their way to honor their warranty rather than making excuses for why they didn't.

I've been a loyal customer of Genesis of Corona for over 3 years, but my recent experience with their service department has left me extremely frustrated and disappointed. I brought in my GV80 for what should have been a warranty replacement after the plastic lining of the wheel well fell on its own, got caught in the disc brake, and nearly caused an accident. Despite this being a clear case of part failure (something that happened two years ago and was replaced without issue), they refused to submit the claim, instead suggesting the damage was caused by something else. Oscar, the service advisor, kept changing his story and was inconsistent about whether or not this issue would be covered under warranty. The service manager, Mayra, was unhelpful and dismissive—she simply told me to call the corporate office and then hung up. No alternatives, no solutions. The customer service at this dealership has significantly deteriorated since I purchased my vehicle here, and this incident has cemented my decision to take my business elsewhere. I will not be returning to Genesis of Corona and will be going to a different dealership moving forward. I highly advise others to reconsider before doing business here, especially if you value honesty, accountability, and proper customer service.

I bought a 2006 Pontiac Solstice at this dealership. I have had problems with the car with noise in the wheels, the cd player stopped working, the cup holder broke, the top was defective. I took the car in for the noise in the wheels three times and I actually got in an accident and GM has decided it was not their fault. I did not hit anything my car just lost control. I took in the car for the top like 3 times also. First they added a pad then they replaced the whole top then the hinges were malfunctioning. Today 2 years after my car 5 months after the accident the top is still leaking when it rains. The pinion is leaking also. I'm like I want a new car! I bought this car here at this dealer! They said we can give you GM's 800 number. I took it to GM. I tried to get a lawyer to fight this for me but since I have to bodily injury they don't see it worth their time. I'm left with GM the dealer and my insurance. I hope people learn from this. DONT BUY GM(AMERICAN) BUY FOREIGN!!!!
