Gabriel has GREAT customer service, made it easy to purchase. We had an appointment for a routine oil change and decided to buy another SUV. The 5 stars are specifically for Eddie Calderon. Incredibly knowledgeable, informative, honest, empathetic and just generally a good guy. I brought my car in for regular service and the technician found a few needed repairs. Although I didn't have all the repairs completed, Eddie explained each and every one and provided his recommendations for the priority they should be done. He also explained in plain language what each repair entailed and what the different parts in the car actually did to keep it running. Have never had such a positive experience at this dealer. Eddie is best in class.

I normally do not leave reviews but I thought I would spread some love today. I just brought my GT-R here after bringing it to two other Nissan dealers (I won't name which ones) and these guys really saved me a lot of time and $$$ but most importantly made me feel wanted when I came in. I was told that my car needed control solenoids to be fixed and the other two dealers said that it would cost me a lot of money, I called Stevens Creek Nissan and they told me to bring it in and they would check it out and it might not be the solenoid. Sure enough it was something much cheaper. Andy their GT-R tech and Ron the service advisor were awesome. I can't recommend them enough. They genuinely made me feel special when I came in and even better when I left.

Ronnie O is the guy you wanna see. Ive been coming here for over 6 years and every guy thats helped me has been great. Ronnie however had extraordinary enthusiasm and delight in getting me situated with my airbag problem as well as communicating with me when my car was ready. Additionally, he went above an beyond by showing me the closest spot i could get a quote on my car damage given that they could not at their site. I have no doubt Ronnie can brighten anyone’s day in less than a minute with the enthusiasm he exudes at work. You can just tell through his voice, smile and energy that not only does he love ford very much, but he also loves helping people and getting them taken care of in the best way. This guy deserves a raise!

The best dealership experience I've ever had, and I've been around a while. It was a Friday and I was just passing through from out of state. My check engine light came on that morning. Long story short, I pulled into the service Lane and was told that they didn't have that rare part in stock and that they were sure they'd be able to fix my truck on Monday. I told (I think it was Jerry) that I was from out of state and I'd have nowhere to stay through the weekend. He said he'd do what he could. I got a call that he found the part in Sacramento and that if his mechanic would work on Saturday, I could get it back then. I got another call about 2:30 that my truck was ready. UN xxxxxx BELIEVABLE!!!!
