I had a great experience at O.C. Autosource. Tony, the owner, personally helped me with the purchase of a Mercedes. There was no pressure and the price was fair. His support staff was very knowledgeable and kind. The paperwork was simple and fast, it took less than an hour (I did get pre-approved in advance). I was allowed to take the car to my mechanic for inspection and Tony promised to fix any major issues. It needed an auxiliary battery and also it only came with one key, so he said he would pay for both. I did not get this in writing, just a verbal promise. I got the extra key and new auxiliary battery and Tony paid me back without hassle. Definitely should take a look if looking for a highend vehicle!

I bought a car here with a warranty, and within three days the car was not running. I took the car to VW because it had a warranty service plan, just to find out that Point Loma Auto sales never purchased the warranty for me. Do not shop here, there are many better honest auto dealers.

Refreshing honesty Most SoCal dealers I dealt with - business

Refreshing honesty Most SoCal dealers I dealt with were incredibly shady. These guys were upfront and honest with me that the car I was interested in did not qualify for the EV credit because it had more than one owner. But they were incredibly kind and helpful regardless. Did not end up purchasing here only because my purchase was contingent on the credit. But these guys did not take me for a ride in terms of sales pitch, hidden fees, or tricking me into buying a non-qualifying vehicle just to make a sale. If they have something you're looking for, I highly recommend a visit.

Horrible...horrible... on vacation car was overheating. spent $2000 on other fixes - they couldn't diagnose the overheating problem. left dealership and car started with the overheating signal again. brought car o a real mechanic not a dealership - he diagnosed and fixed the problem in 1 1/2 hours. you would think a volvo dealer would have the expertise to figure it out. terrible terrible service.. never going back... .be careful...

Excellent experience. David gladly let me take vehicle to my mechanic for evaluation. Beautiful machine, and David was up front and respectful as we negotiated from there based on the few minor items my mechanic found. At the end, we reached a price we were both content with. He offered good advice on how to get additional electronic keys made. David is very hard working and I felt comfortable throughout the entire transaction. Will need another vehicle in the next few months, and he will be my first stop.
