We had an excellent experience with Aaron & Derek. Both pleasant and very knowledgeable. We were very pleased with them. The comments below were not related to Derek or Aaron. We were greeted quickly by the front desk. Eventually, she called for a salesperson three times before Aaron came to help us. The wait time for assistance upon our arrival was very slow, when compared to past dealership experiences. The wait was just short of 25 minutes. Two days later, I realized that we had left an item on our traded car. After six phone calls, messages left, and no return calls in seven hours, we were helped by the valuable Kris or Kristine. She called after she retrieved our item and will mail it to us. Thank you, Kris!
