This dealership is excellent. Lupe is a great sales person. He worked with us on our order and communicated often with updates and progress until our car arrived. We really felt special as we were picked up from the airport, given a tour of the dealership to see the other special cars on the lot and our car was unveiled as part of the delivery process. It was a fun and exciting experience. Thanks you Porsche of Colorado Springs and especially Lupe for the excellent customer experience and care.

Adolf is the best, he may be the best customer service rep I have ever encountered. He helped facilitate an out-of-state purchase, and from the moment I got off the plane to pick up the car, he met all my needs with friendly smile. He and Ed helped cover some unforeseen issues with the car upon pickup. Most importantly, after the sale, even months after, Adolf helped me sort out a few other issues. With most other dealerships, after the sale is made, papers are signed, they don't offer much help - especially out-of-state! Adolf aways picks up the phone, our calls back promptly. I would recommend this dealership to anyone, and will come back to Adolf for my next vehicle purchase!

10 of 10 grrreat! Burke and the Littleton Service Dept has been great so far and very easy to work with, plus they coordinated very well with my Sales Rep Canaan on some items relating to adding some PPF to my car. Also, I was impressed the team turned around my project quickly, and so I could the car home before a snowstorm hit town. Burke went over everything with me both in person at the car but also while addressing the invoicing payment at his desk. I had a few questions about some potential preventative maintenance items to do down the road which we fully addressed for me immediately with a plan now in place if/when needed. The staff members who were involved in my intake and pick up processes were also excellent to work with.
