We recently purchased a VW ID.4 from Ed Carroll. Their sales people are knowledgeable, friendly and very low key. We were never pressured, something for which I am very grateful. Our vehicle has been subject to one recall and we also had to have service performed to correct a minor assembly related issue. The service department is outstanding - great communication and professional results. I highly recommend Ed Carroll Motor Co.

I got a quote to replace my timing belt at a local Honda - claudiaossola

I got a quote to replace my timing belt at a local Honda dealer thinking it would be less than Fisher. But Fisher's quote was actually more reasonable and Josh gave much better service by answering calls promptly, providing a timely quote and appointment times, as well as a loaner car. All things the other dealer didn't do. Thank you Josh, the others could take a lesson from you in great customer service.

I have been coming to this dealership since 2017. It is hands-down the best car dealership I have ever dealt with. I trust them to be honest with me about whatever is going on with my vehicles. I cannot say enough about their customer service over the years. They are doing it right! It is almost like an fun outing for me to take my car in. I can either choose to wait in the waiting area they have -which is lovely, or be dropped off in Boulder somewhere by their shuttle service and picked up when I am ready. I drive up from downtown Denver and it is totally worth the drive.

There are almost no reviews for service departments on this web site. This KIA dealership changed hands and is earning a new reputation. I bought a 2018 Kia Stinger out of state and moved to the area. In looking for a reliable service department, I was pleased to meet Service Manager Tracey Matthews who introduced me to one of their top Stinger mechanics and we discussed some maintenance work. As a former service manager, I pick up very quickly on competence and knowledge and honesty, and chose this service department out of several in the area. I returned my Stinger for the maintenance work and the car was returned on time, clean and with no problems. New car dealers are not always the cheapest source of repairs, but they know their cars and this dealer treated me honestly and professionally. I will return for additional work that I cannot perform on my own, and I recommend them without hesitation.

Great service at this location. The service department folks were very friendly and extremely knowledgeable. They completed my service and found quite a few issues. Not surprising I have had it since 2014. However they found many issues still covered by warranty which they pointed out and the few I had left they quickly got the parts, completed the work and had ne on my way. All in all a great experience which sometimes is unusual in this day and age. I will certainly utilize them again and would recommend them to anyone. Great Job team.

After a challenging start with my 2020 Chevy Equinox, I want to provide an update on my experience with Grand Kia. Initial Problems: I purchased the vehicle on January 11, 2024, and faced significant issues almost immediately. The check engine light appeared the day after purchase, and despite multiple visits to the dealership, the problem persisted. Service was often slow, communication was poor, and the issues were not effectively resolved. Resolution: After posting a negative review, I was contacted by the dealership, which led to a notable improvement in service. Jim from the service department took a proactive role in addressing and fixing the turbo issues with my vehicle. His efforts, along with support from General Manager Jose, were instrumental in resolving the ongoing problems. They both demonstrated a commitment to customer satisfaction that was previously lacking. Overall Experience: While my initial experience was frustrating, the follow-up service and dedication from Jim and Jose have been positive. Their actions have restored my confidence in Grand Kia.
