Had to come in to get some accessories installed that were not on the vehicle when delivered and had to talk to someone about a sales paperwork issue. Service was very fast and I was on my way. Paperwork was attended to effectively and promptly!!

Had my car serviced today at Torrington Ford. Jennifer in service was very efficient and helpful and the service tech Tommy did a a great job with my repair. My car is running great now and it was a wonderful experience dealing with all there.

I have been coming to this dealership for years and they always treat me like family. This last week I was forced to stop in due to my check engine light coming on. Jeremy and Gary worked with the technician to get my vehicle right in and find out what was going on. A sensor I am told had gone bad, they replaced it and get me on the road again in under 2 hrs. Thank you to the entire staff, they are all so friendly and it is so nice to be able to pop in unannounced and be taken care of so quickly.

I bought a 2002 Toyota Tundra in 2007 from Karl at w a p . Karl was friendly , professional and great to deal with . I recently had my truck back for routine service as the vehicle is now 10 yrs old and nearly 100 k . Steve and Kevin in the service dept were excellent . They know there buisness and do an excellent job explaining to me and showing me what needs to be done and why . Steve also gives me a heads up on what to watch for with the truck as the wear and tear of everyday driving in New England takes its toll. This way hopefully there are no sudden surprises at my next visit . I always leave there felling i was very fairly treated and that i received great service for my money . Keep up the good work w a p .

Todd and Shane are the greatest and everyone in the sales department is so welcoming and ready to answer a question at all times, without pressuring you to buy a new one. Every luxury dealer should be like Devan Infiniti.

My catalytic converter needed to be replaced. Jennifer told me it was still under warranty, I had 108k on my 2015 accord. Truly an honest dealership that looks out for their customers. I would have had to pay a lot of money somewhere else to get it done. Jennifer was nice enough to apply coupons for my wheel balance and oil change. I may not have the best experience with my Honda accord as a car ., but the maintenance experience at Hoffman Honda made it a pleasant and manageable. I would recommend servicing your car at Hoffman Honda even to get a second opinion. Honest mechanics especially at a dealership are hard to come by and when you find one , it is like winning the lottery.

Service is always professional and fair, they respond well to customer requests and even non tech opinions. Make reasonable suggestions and don't force an oversell. Very friendly and honest. I do not generally allow anyone to service my vehicles, but I have to admit they have me spoiled over at Grossman Nissan, freeing me up do do other important tasks I have as a homeowner and waterfront property owner. There's always something pending and just knowing I trust the guys doing the vehicle work, and not guessing if I get a vehicle back with missing parts and half installed pieces, gives me peace of mind. My hat's off to all the folks there at the dealership, including the parts department, and the wonderful sales team. In a world of hustle and haste, it's nice to be treated like one of the Family. I came to Capitol Jeep based upon their ratings here and other dealership review sites after a horrible experience where I bought my Certified Jeep from after a problem occurred. My initial phone call was promptly picked and I was asked how my call could be directed. Service promptly picked up and after a short discussion about my issue an appointment was made. Gary soon followed up and we again discussed the issue and the paperwork I had for the vehicle and he told me how it would proceede and promised updates would given. The next update I got, Gary told me that the Costguard coverage I had purchased from the other dealership would be covering the repairs. Gary contacted me regularly to give me updates while my vehicle was there. Excellent communication. I waited a bit longer to give my review of Capitol, Gary assured me the vehicle was repaired so I tried to make the problem happen, it didn't so I believe he's right. Excellent communication with regular updates, I am totally satisfied with my experience here. I have no problem driving the extra distance to a dealership that has my trust. I'm one of those people to let others know of my bad experiences to try and save them the headaches that I had and want to make sure to let them know my good experiences. This is a good one and would have no reservations to recommend Capitol Jeep and their service department.

After owning my 2023 Honda Pilot for almost a year now, it was time for my complementary servicing. It was determined by Michael the service rep that I was due for an Oil Change and tire rotation. Michael was very knowledgeable and courteous. I was told to have a seat in the amazing waiting room. While waiting I helped myself to a delicious Cappuccino available from the coffee machine that is available free to customers. The waiting room was lovey and clean. After the expected time frame my car was ready!! I was extremely impressed with Honda of Stamford's service department and look forward to my next visit!!
