Horrendous & Corrupt Experience with Jorge Mendez - spacepr
Jorge Mendez, the "General Sales Manager" at FIELDS MOTORCARS ORLANDO represents what I would call the sleaziest, worst, most corrupt and unprofessional sales person I've ever dealt with in my 20 years of buying exotic cars. Long story short, a couple days ago, Jorge Mendez agreed to (in writing) to sell me a 2018 Audi R8 V10 Plus, a $160k used car with 755 miles. After going back and forth, we finally reached a number that made sense for both of us, the dealer Fields Motorcars Orlando, and for me. Needless to say, a day passes by and I don't hear from Jorge. After 48 hours, 3 phone calls, 2 text msgs, I receive an "unfortunate" text from Jorge stating that someone had entered the dealer the day before and gave a check and traded in a car for my 2018 Audi R8. The worst part (for the dealer) is that my deal was a cash deal, no trades, no bull. Straight forward deal. Meaning, Fields Motorcars Orlando had to put up money to purchase a car in trade for no reason at all. Jorge Mendez is a xxxxxxx and CROOKED Guy who shouldn't be in any dealership. I hope and pray that Fields Motorcars Orlando OWNERSHIP sees this review and acts accordingly. Your Dealer needs a TRUE AND HONEST representation from the top to the bottom. Again, JORGE MENDEZ shouldn't be a Sales Manager.
Scammers - Hugemurry
After speaking with Jim Lazarra for a week we agreed on a price based on a PPI.
Drove 6 hours and he was not there.
Salesperson said the deal I had was not valid and could not have a PPI even though I was paying for it.
Told had to buy the car then and no inspection would be allowed.
Worst Experience in my 35+ years of buying/trading cars - MarkMidATL
As the title to this review suggests, my experience with these guys is the worst I have ever experienced in over 35 years of buying and trading cars (I tend to trade cars every 6-9 months).
These guys had a preowned Carrera that I contacted them about. Ken Milordis is who I initially dealt with. I actually spoke with him one time, all other communication was via text or email. We made an agreement, and I was ready to move forward and booked a plane ticket to Miami to pick up the car. The next morning, he emailed me, terms had changed at a higher cost to me, but I agreed. Later that day, another email, another change in terms (again, with higher costs to me). I cancelled my plane ticket.
The next day, another email with better terms, so I rebooked my plane ticket. That afternoon, things changed again, so I cancelled my plane ticket and cancelled the deal. I finally asked him if he had ever sold a vehicle?
During the process, I sent them my certified check to pay for the vehicle, which they deposited into their account. When I cancelled the deal, they said it would take 5-7 business days to return my money. Note that I sent them certified funds, but they sent my refund with a regular bank check which my bank held for 5 additional days.
These guys are liars, and I would be very careful when dealing with them. When I suggested that I would voice my experience in social media, the GM (Tom Prawdzik) sent me an email stating that he would have his legal term review anything I posted. Wouldn't it have been easier for him, as a GM, to call me and apologize for the misunderstanding and ask if there was anything he could have done to restore my confidence in their dealership?? That's how these people operate - BUYER BEWARE!!!
Awful Customer Service - Mandy13
My husband and son walked into the dealership, they were in there for over 15 min. Not one person spoke to them. Not even a Hello. They were looked at, but still no acknowledgement. They even crossed the ropes to get a closer look at a car, and still nothing. Maybe because they were wearing shorts and a tank top/ T- Shirt. I then called the dealership and spoke with the manager who was extremely uncaring about the situation. I told him to never judge a book by its cover. They have lost our business forever. I will never deal with them again.

The sales man Ciprian Keresztesi took care of me well. I purchased a Lamborghini Aventador and Cip answered all my questions. He was fast on his replies. He even matched the price of another Lambo I was interested in buying. And he even had my Lambo delivered late at night when I arrived in Town. I have no complaints.
