I have only been dealing with Lamborghini of Orlando for a couple of months now but it is very easy to give George Romer in service 5 Stars as his professionalism, willingness to help and step up to the plate in customer service would make even the most discriminating customer smile.
Something else to add, the Senior Tech(George Burkett) was also very helpful with taking the time to help out on a product we have in development. The time he took to write up some very helpful notes are very valuable to us and I appreciate that in the utmost.
If this is any reflection of the Lamborghini of Orlando sales team's service, this is one heck of a group and I highly recommend them.

The sales man Ciprian Keresztesi took care of me well. I purchased a Lamborghini Aventador and Cip answered all my questions. He was fast on his replies. He even matched the price of another Lambo I was interested in buying. And he even had my Lambo delivered late at night when I arrived in Town. I have no complaints.

AS A 76 YEAR OLD CAR GUY, I HAVE BOUGHT MANY AUTOMOBILES THRU THE YEARS. I JUST HAVE HAD A VERY PLEASANT EXPERIENCE DEALING WITH LPB AND SALES MANAGER, KEN MILORDIS. BEING 650 MILES FROM LPB, I WAS A LITTLE APPREHENSIVE ABOUT BUYING A 2014 AUDI R8 V10 WITHOUT PERSONALLY EXAMINING IT UNTIL I READ THE CUSTOMER REVIEWS ON THE DEALERSHIP WHICH WERE OUTSTANDING! I WOULD RECOMMEND LPB WITHOUT HESITATION. KEN WAS VERY RESPONSIVE, KNOWLEDGEABLE, AND A VERY NICE INDIVIDUAL WHO ALWAYS DID WHAT HE SAID HE WOULD. HIS BACKUP TEAM WAS ALSO WONDERFUL ON ALL THE PAPER WORK THAT WAS NECESSARY ON AN OUT OF STATE TRANSACTION. THEY REALLY EARNED THE 5 STARS I AM GIVING THEM. GREAT FOLKS TO DEAL WITH!!!!!!!!!

My husband and son walked into the dealership, they were in there for over 15 min. Not one person spoke to them. Not even a Hello. They were looked at, but still no acknowledgement. They even crossed the ropes to get a closer look at a car, and still nothing. Maybe because they were wearing shorts and a tank top/ T- Shirt. I then called the dealership and spoke with the manager who was extremely uncaring about the situation. I told him to never judge a book by its cover. They have lost our business forever. I will never deal with them again.
