I'm still getting used to the text communication method with Gettel, but it was very effective in keeping us up to date on when our car was going to be ready. Painless couple of days and our car came back clean and road ready. Staff are all friendly and efficient at taking care of both our air-conditioning repair and the recall items that needed addressed from earlier this year.
