Ryan had a service car ready, since our car was going to take a couple of days to complete. I'm still getting used to the text communication method with Gettel, but it was very effective in keeping us up to date on when our car was going to be ready. Painless couple of days and our car came back clean and road ready. Staff are all friendly and efficient at taking care of both our air-conditioning repair and the recall items that needed addressed from earlier this year.

This shop came highly recommended by a friend who had work done on her car. I am very satisfied with the work at the price I paid. Very professional auto body technicians made my car look like new. I was looking for flaws but didn't find any. Thank you Mike, Jon and the rest of the team for taking good care of my car.

Very knowable and great job installing the brake pads and determined that the rotators were ok and the old pads were worn completely out like paper thin. The technician was great keeping me informed as she progressed through the task. Work completed on time and expressed appreciation for the opportunity to install the brake pads.

Peter Franks was very professional and informative about service. Tim helped me with courtesy car forms. I love my new car. I would recommend dealership and can't wait for new building to be done.

Very courteous and professional team. I had my first oil change complementary after purchasing my car from them. My 2nd oil change at no charge after trying to go somewhere else closer to home. They wouldn't touch the vehicle due to thinking the drain plug had been cross threaded by the dealership. Brought it back to Allen Turner Pre-Owned and they said it was just on tight and provided the oil change, again complementary due to the inconvenience. Good customer service is hard to get these days and they got the job done without any hassle.
