Impressed. I went in for a regularly scheduled maintenance appointment that I made over the phone. I was greeted by a very friendly person who was waiting for me with clipboard, knew my name and gave me his complete attention. He confirmed my info and led me into the service waiting lounge which is amazing, fresh snacks, couches, big screen tvs??? he said they just went through a complete renovation and it showed. Almost like i was at really nice hotel lobby with a concierge. A little while later he came in and said I had a minor issue, but not to worry all work was under my warranty and my loaner car was waiting for me. I was skeptical, but it was right there. They gave me the exact car I drive for a loaner car (brand new and clean), and confirmed when my vehicle would be done within my timeframe. The service advisor even helped me move all of my personal items from my car into the service loaner-- including my son's car seat! I am very impressed with this service experience and will definitely be back again. nice to know they take care of their customers when it really counts.

1- hace algunos meses reemplazaron por garantía todos los wiper del auto delanteros y trasero, hoy el trasero está destrozado resultado de la mala calidad de las refacciones que instalan en Lincoln por garantía el asesor que me está atendiendo es bastante pesado y mal educado, y sólo repite una y otra vez que es culpa del Sol, si fuera culpa del Sol las delanteras estarían destrozadas igualmente, es un insoportable ese tipo
2- Nuevamente tengo problemas con la luz del panel interior de control del asiento de lado del conductor.
3- hace algunos meses la navigator fue varias veces a pintura por detalles Que traía de fábrica, y más de una vez la tuve Ake regresar para atrás porque no quedaba el trabajo de pintura, al parecer como el taller donde hacen estos trabajos es del papá de uno de los MANAGER de la agencia da igual si los autos quedan bien o mal pintados ellos se encubren sus porquerías estos malos pintores me dejaron los cristales del auto con una capa de algún producto que es imposible quitar, ya he probado con muchísimos productos y con ninguno logro quitar esa capa que al caerle el agua de lluvia o la humedad de la mañana no puedo ver nada para adelante y es peligroso, el asesor de servicio que me atendió me dijo que iba a ver si me podían hacer el favor de quitarme esa capa que dejaron en los cristales, pero vuelvo a comentarles te hablan como si te estuvieran haciendo el favor
4- las llantas se están gastando por fuera llevas el auto antes diferentes lugares donde alinean las llantas y en ninguno pueden hacerlo porque las llantas están alineadas. Entonces porque se gastan por fuera
5- el trato en esta agencia es cada día peor te atienden como si te estuvieran haciendo el favor cuando es todo lo contrario, está gente no tiene idea de lo que es la atención al cliente de calidad, es notorio el enfado, enojo y molestia con la que trabajan
He tenido muchos más problemas pero no acabaría ni en una hora más, lo que si les puedo decir es que los MANAGER de esta agencia brillan por su Aucencia cuando pides hablar con alguno de ellos se niegan enviándote un mensaje con la secretaria justificando que no está, o está ocupado, o simplemente no vino a trabajar, es molesto pagar por recibir estos servicios tan pésimos

Instead he insinuated I must have hit something on the way home. Wouldn't go back if future needs of body work.

Horrible experience. Had my vehicle for 3 months and 3 days and you would think that Auto Nation Collision Center would communicate.................You think wrong. It was so bad, that I owned two (2) Porsches and upon getting my vehicle fixed and returned to me and immediately traded in my 2016 Porsche Cayman S with only 11,927 miles for an American manufacturer.
Every week I called after 1 1/2 months without car. Always a different story. Blame this, blame that, etc.....They never texted or e-mailed to tell me progress of vehicle.
Furthermore, I will NEVER do business of any sort, again with Auto Nation.

I brought it to a different body shop and they wanted $5000 to fix the problems AutoNation created. my rear bumper which was replaced with a new one was GLUED onto the quarter panel. Allstate finial totaled out my car they said it was too expensive to fix the problems AutoNation created. I will never use or visit another AutoNation company.

I use to give Pines Lincoln service rave reviews but the service department need to be completely revamped. When you make a simple oil change appointment there should be no need to have to wait 3 hours, that is why you make an appointment. They have broken my wheel lock and I was not informed. They have lost a wheel lock and I was not informed. l found this out once I actually had a flat and had to call roadside and they could not get the wheel off. And I always gave the advisor my wheel lock when I had service. As a service advisor I expect them to make sure all of the services were rendered efficiently and if there is an issue to let the customer know. Unfortunately when I needed service it was on a Saturday and Anthony Alicea was my service advisor and all he wanted to mention to me was I should get tires when I actually did not. Now I have to get new wheel locks when the dealership should be replacing them. If you continue to go to this dealership for service make sure you inspect your car completely before leaving. And put a mark on one of your tires to make sure your tires have been rotated. And I am only naming a few issues I have had within the last year.

Beware, don't go there. I have had the worst experience with Autonation Toyota at fort Myers. I had a leased car 2018 CHR and decided to return this car earlier then I had to. The person who helped me understood that the only way I would re-lease a new car is if they took care of the mileage and remaining payments. They agreed. Well, months after having the car, nothing was take care of. Finally, after two months with me calling more then ten tines, they paid the car payments but not the mileage. I would never go to these people again or refer others. Don't go there if you trying to lease a vehicle. If I can give less then a one star, I would.

I had my Toyota Corolla repossessed and rented a car in order to look for another car. I purchased a 2007 Mercedes Benz from ABC for $9,999. After I got it home within 2 months I had to put $741.00 for engine work. The people who did the work (an A+ rated shop) advised me it needed another $1,000.00 or so work done. Then I checked with Kelly Blue Book and found the car booked for around $2,500.
I gave ABC Autos $2,500 down and made 4 payments of $250.00. ABC also charged me 22% interest.
I went to a reputable new car dealer and they advised me to drive the car back to ABC and park it and leave the keys in it. I did return it after paying them a total of $3,500, $1,000 more than book value.
Sure they put me in a car when I was in need but the price of being in need was ferocious. I bought a new car with $300 down and half the interest ABC Autos charged me.
BE AWARE!!! this company preys on needy people. You don't have to be treated that way. there are plenty of good-hearted dealers out there.

I made an appointment at 8am for two recall issues on my 2018 Dodge Ram. I explained at the time that i would have to wait for the repair and was told it would take an hour to complete. My vehicle sat for over an hour before anyone looked at it. Apparently the appointments are to make life easier for Bay Dodge ant NOT the customers
