I just want to thank Mikayla Way for the incredible service I received at Naples Porsche. Everything was so easy and professional working with her. Booked my appt, and was told I could wait for my car to be serviced. That was the best part of my visit. I could spend time having a great cup of coffee, go on the free internet for business and look at all the beautiful cars in the showroom. I felt so safe as all employees where face masks during the Covid crisis.
I have both my cars serviced here. I will not take a chance of having my cars serviced anywhere else.

Horrible experience. Had my vehicle for 3 months and 3 days and you would think that Auto Nation Collision Center would communicate.................You think wrong. It was so bad, that I owned two (2) Porsches and upon getting my vehicle fixed and returned to me and immediately traded in my 2016 Porsche Cayman S with only 11,927 miles for an American manufacturer.
Every week I called after 1 1/2 months without car. Always a different story. Blame this, blame that, etc.....They never texted or e-mailed to tell me progress of vehicle.
Furthermore, I will NEVER do business of any sort, again with Auto Nation.

I brought it to a different body shop and they wanted $5000 to fix the problems AutoNation created. my rear bumper which was replaced with a new one was GLUED onto the quarter panel. Allstate finial totaled out my car they said it was too expensive to fix the problems AutoNation created. I will never use or visit another AutoNation company.

I've bought two cars at Porsche of Orlando. I recently took my wife's Cayenne S in for oil change service. It's 3 years old with 22,000 miles. The guy quoted $1,000! My mouth dropped open. He said, "That includes new spark plugs. We can probably postpone that." "Good idea," I said. So now an oil-change service would be only $350. I said OK. Less than 150 miles later a warning flashed, "low coolant, have car serviced immediately." It took over a quart! After I added coolant, I checked the washer fluid. It was nearly empty. It took a gallon. Seriously? Those aren't part of an oil change? Now I wonder if they even changed the oil or filter? What, exactly, do you get for $350 at Porsche of Orlando? I'll never know, because I won't be back.

Scam warning: They dumped water inside my passenger foot well & told me it was a clogged cowl drain. My car was bone dry before I left it with their service department. I declined the $700 service to fix that. 10 minutes, elbow grease, light power tools, a hose and YouTube were enough to convince me there was no clogged drain, no water leakage anywhere inside my car. Why then was there an enormous puddle of water in my passenger footwell?? This girl is not afraid of a little dirt. Do not trust these service people. If your bill is not high enough, they will make sure you have an issue with a high dollar fix! My final invoice was zero because the fixes were all recalls, by the way.

Beware, don't go there. I have had the worst experience with Autonation Toyota at fort Myers. I had a leased car 2018 CHR and decided to return this car earlier then I had to. The person who helped me understood that the only way I would re-lease a new car is if they took care of the mileage and remaining payments. They agreed. Well, months after having the car, nothing was take care of. Finally, after two months with me calling more then ten tines, they paid the car payments but not the mileage. I would never go to these people again or refer others. Don't go there if you trying to lease a vehicle. If I can give less then a one star, I would.

I had my Toyota Corolla repossessed and rented a car in order to look for another car. I purchased a 2007 Mercedes Benz from ABC for $9,999. After I got it home within 2 months I had to put $741.00 for engine work. The people who did the work (an A+ rated shop) advised me it needed another $1,000.00 or so work done. Then I checked with Kelly Blue Book and found the car booked for around $2,500.
I gave ABC Autos $2,500 down and made 4 payments of $250.00. ABC also charged me 22% interest.
I went to a reputable new car dealer and they advised me to drive the car back to ABC and park it and leave the keys in it. I did return it after paying them a total of $3,500, $1,000 more than book value.
Sure they put me in a car when I was in need but the price of being in need was ferocious. I bought a new car with $300 down and half the interest ABC Autos charged me.
BE AWARE!!! this company preys on needy people. You don't have to be treated that way. there are plenty of good-hearted dealers out there.
