I took my Panamera in because the oil change light was on. On the way to Braman, the check engine light went on. They did the oil change and replaced the engine mounts for the check engine lights. My father-in-law owned Replacement Engine Company and he never had to replace engine mounts. Braman even said that the mechanic had a hard time getting the engine mounts out. Probably, that meant the engine wasn’t going anywhere and I paid needlessly. I picked up the car, over $5,000 later on a Thurs., the minimum oil light came on on Sat. They hadn’t put in the 10 qts. of oil that I had paid for. When I returned to have that done, the check engine light came on again. I took it back and now they didn’t know what was wrong with it. Almost a week later and $1,000 in labor, they said that it need oxygen sensors. They didn’t have a loaner, so I had to be driven to Braman BMW and wait half an hour for a loaner. Don’t take your car to Braman after the warranty is out !!!!!!!!!!! I will never buy another car from Braman. This was my third.
