I bought a pre owned car under warranty from Porsche that the previous owner replace the seat under warranty. When I bought the car I didn’t realized they’ve replaced it with the wrong part. So I called them and asked to fix it because the car is under warranty. I Sophie to Megan wall myself. She didn’t even wanted to see the car. Her claim was “I don’t know if you replaced it yourself”. Yeah right. I will buy a Porsche seat and replace it myself when it’s under warranty and I can do it for free. Any way I am going to sue them. It is disappointing that a company like Porsche treating customers this way. More
Had a terrible time here. 991.2 turbo s had engine faults etc all under warranty. Nothing was fixed. Service manager said to my wife it was because the car wasn't driven hard. I beg to differ my wife doesn't etc all under warranty. Nothing was fixed. Service manager said to my wife it was because the car wasn't driven hard. I beg to differ my wife doesn't drive herself and I tear the car up daily I recline it, use launch control, etc. They held the car for 5 days and returned it worse than when I dropped it off. This is why I drive v12 ferraris. Porsche has diluted their cars and their brand. I cannot believe that this dealer is so bad. More
Don’t service your car at this dealership!!!! I never leave negative reviews but I’m still so upset about the Braman service negligence. I purchased a “Porsche" vehicle brand for the assured quality, pre leave negative reviews but I’m still so upset about the Braman service negligence. I purchased a “Porsche" vehicle brand for the assured quality, prestige and service. For the past year, I have been proven wrong. Basically, I had nail in tire which was replaced by Braman Porsche. Thereafter, I contacted service provider at Braman that tire sensor warning alert is on, brought in my car for inspection MULTIPLE times and was told sensor was reset, I guess without inspection of my tires???? I was in Ocala and brought my car to Porsche of Ocala for service – and was told that the rear tire and wheel was rotated to front which caused all my tire issues. Porche tires are staggered and should never have been rotated. Braman never owned up to the issue, although I have all the documentations. Their negligence have put me and others in danger on the road. In short I’m warning others NOT to use Porche Braman for service! Incapable of diagnosing or treating your vehicles. If it wasn’t for huge financial loss, I would have sold my vehicle. More

Service from xxxx I took my Panamera in because the oil change light was on. On the way to Braman, the check engine light went on. They did the oil change and replace I took my Panamera in because the oil change light was on. On the way to Braman, the check engine light went on. They did the oil change and replaced the engine mounts for the check engine lights. My father-in-law owned Replacement Engine Company and he never had to replace engine mounts. Braman even said that the mechanic had a hard time getting the engine mounts out. Probably, that meant the engine wasn’t going anywhere and I paid needlessly. I picked up the car, over $5,000 later on a Thurs., the minimum oil light came on on Sat. They hadn’t put in the 10 qts. of oil that I had paid for. When I returned to have that done, the check engine light came on again. I took it back and now they didn’t know what was wrong with it. Almost a week later and $1,000 in labor, they said that it need oxygen sensors. They didn’t have a loaner, so I had to be driven to Braman BMW and wait half an hour for a loaner. Don’t take your car to Braman after the warranty is out !!!!!!!!!!! I will never buy another car from Braman. This was my third. More

The best customer service I've experienced I can't begin to convey how impressed I was with the service I experienced recently at the Braman Porsche Service department. I arrived late on a Satu I can't begin to convey how impressed I was with the service I experienced recently at the Braman Porsche Service department. I arrived late on a Saturday with a busted water pump and it was too late to fit me in that day and I was offered another vehicle. I was on an extremely rare family vacation road trip and so the mechanic as well as the service managers said they would stay past closing to help me get back on the road. I watched them jump through hoops between the service garage and parts department to get me fit in that afternoon even past closing time. They did a quote and the actual cost was below the estimate. The mechanic not only fixed my water pump but he did a couple of quick tune-up adjustments for me free of charge. I have never had a pleasant experience at any mechanic shop and especially not a dealership, but the staff went way and above to accommodate me, and I even used that experience to train my staff on exceptional customer service and how it can build loyalty.
