The most helpful and friendliest automotive dealership I have ever delt with. I had an emergency while I was passing thru the Gainesville area when the motor blew on my 2020 Frontier. I managed to get the truck to Gainesville Nissan. They evaluated the problem. It was covered under the warrantee, but it could a very long time if the motor had to be replaced. They offered me a rental. They asked if I would like to see a new Frontier, they were not pushy. The salesperson, Rodrigo, answered all my questions and made me excellent deal with me trading in my old Frontier for a 2024 and had Service add any extras I requested. I consider the people I met there as "friends". They went above and beyond. Thank you, Rodrigo and the Gainesville Nissan staff.

We have experienced reliable, professional and very thorough service for the 6 years we have been using Gunther Kia. A good example is Chris Lopez in the service department who went out of his way to help us quickly with a loose battery cable which he fixed and even helped us change the key fob battery! I have a 2017 Civic and I regularly use this dealership for my service. They are always very nice and helpful. However, they seem to have gotten a lot slower over the past couple of years. Dropped the car at 11AM for service, ran errands, and went to lunch. Got back around 1PM and still waited until 2:30PM for the car. I brought a check because I knew that they are now charging a 3% service fee. I had to wait for them to take my check over to the finance department for approval. They do a good job for me and are always very nice. However, I do think they could use some improvement.

She kept checking in with me on a regular basis to see if I needed anything or gave me timely updates on my vehicle. I loved my experience at this location and will recommend to friends and family about my experience and more importantly the care that this young lady took. She is an asset your dealership.
