Great Service team! My family was stuck in town with a dead vehicle on our vacation travel home day. Trey and the GM service tech (sorry never learned his name) were able to squeeze us in on a Saturday morning and replaced the starter motor. In and out of the dealership in under 3 hours. Great experience. Thanks Gentlemen.

After picking up our car which was in service for 2 weeks, Michael Cabrera was oblivious whoever left and stored filthy Land Rover car mats and a sun visor in the trunk of our Jaguar Ftype. He didn’t care! We went back to the dealership to return them!! The car when completed for service for 2 weeks was very dirty inside. Unprofessional, poor correspondence. In addition, our first loaner car he gave us an awful wrangler Jeep. We had to swap it. He then demanded we give it back car to swap another car. We couldn’t, we were out of town. He was very unpleasant about this. We called Enterprise, and they told us it was okay. We eventually gave back the loaner to swapped another car with a different service rep. Not a good experience here at a high end dealership. We purchased 3 vehicles here in the past, and sadly had an unprofessional service rep.

Not my nearest Jaguar dealership. However, great folks to deal with. Just had my 30k service, so nice to deal with professional people from start to finish. My f-pace running like a new vehicle. All completed in the time as promised. Unlike its sister Sarasota dealership. Keep up the good work.👍

RUN TO JENKINS MAZDA service center!!! I recommend it 1000000X over and it will be my new dealership of choice! There are not enough stars that I can give Katelyn and Justin at the Jenkins Mazda service center!!!! I normally handle everything with my Mazda but service with my ABS, I needed some help. After having a HORRIBLE experience with Mazda in Gainesville. I called Katelyn, and she got me in ASAP. She made me feel like all my thoughts were valid and told me everything was going to be ok. I truly felt so taken care of at Jenkins. A complete 180 from the Gainesville experience. When I got to the dealership, I spoke with Justin about all the information I had collected before arriving and NEVER once did I feel put down. He took all the information I had and made sure to keep me updated as things progressed. I never felt pressured and was fully informed the whole time! Thank you, Katelyn and Justin, for taking away my dealership fear!
