A Blessing in Disguise - Dkfoster
Let me first say when I began shopping for a new car my mom said "go check out Volvo of Mall of GA". My response was "those are old lady cars". Well long story short my mom convinced me to test drive the V60 or the S60 Dynamic just to see how the car drives. I agreed! But what she didn't know was I already made plans to go to the Honda dealership across the street. Once I test drove the V60 Cross Country. I FELL IN LOVE! The cross country offered me most of everything I wanted (a fast take off, leather seats, sunroof, spoiler, great warranty plan and more importantly the CAR HAD TO BE BLACK). But the cross country I test drove was white. My salesperson, Louis, was AMAZING and the sales manager, Denton, was God sent. They both moved mountains to get the car I wanted. After three hours of laughter and plenty of snacks, Denton found the perfect car for me. Two days later my dreamed car arrived. Louis texted me the photos and I was sold before I saw the car in person. In one day the car was MINE!!! I absolutely loved my experience with these two awesome men. They made this experience seamless, fun, and unforgettable. I recommend Volvo of Mall of GA to any and everyone looking for a new or used vehicle. Thank you Louis and Denton for everything!!!!

Have to say when you go to a dealership it’s not like it’s a favorite place to visit. However, visiting the Volvo store was by far the best experience I have ever had in a dealership. The staff was excellent and provided me everything I needed. I didn’t have to fight to go any information at all. And let’s be honest it’s a Volvo. The new XC60 was the best suv I have test drive so far. And with the gas mileage I think this is what I’m hoing to buy. Thanks Joe and the Volvo team for such a good experience.
The Volvo service staff is exceptional! - Volvofan08
The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient. I prefer to have my Volvo vehicles serviced every 5,000 miles so I have no problem paying for the service; the 10,000 mile service is Completed at no charge. The service team is exceptional and works with me to provide the services I request. The service team has taken care of my vehicles for over ten years and have always been spot-on!

Worked out a satisfactory agreement after speaking at length with service manager; owner is satisfied with outcome reached. Quality communication goes a long way toward reaching equitability.
Good service Department. Awful sales department - edwynne1
I was told multiple lies by salesman, Richard Lowery. Bought almost sight/unseen a certified used vehicle which means I trusted the salesman and paid a good bit more. Turned out to have so many things wrong with it, it took the service department a month to get it up to par. Salesman said parts were ordered that when I followed up on , he had not even ordered. Other promises made and not kept. Once you sign for the purchase, you are persona non grata. Service department does a good job.
The whole staff is friendly. Mrs. Little went above and... - Brittany Stultz
The whole staff is friendly. Mrs. Little went above and beyond to get me in a car. I gained a real friend from this sale!
Deceived by the dealer purchasing a used car - DeWayne
I purchased a used car from Volvo Cars Savannah. The car was modified with a roll bar and all pictures on the web masterfully left out the roll bars appearance, additionally the lengthy description on their web site never mentioned the car was modified. Even after a number of phone calls with the salesman about my concern for originality, proper documentation, service records and insuring all the original parts the car came with were still with the car, I was never told the car had been modified. I can clearly say that had I known there had been a roll bar installed I would have never pursued the car or any car that I felt had been tracked or raced.
I had the car shipped to WI and discovered the modification when it came off the truck. Since the delivery I have had multiple e-mails and phone conversations with the dealership. Having purchased the car and having it delivered I had the roll bar removed ($2,100) and at a minimum I wanted reimbursement for the removal of the never mentioned modification.
I initially went through the salesman, he had no success with the management. I attempted to contact the owner Ralph Tolman, got his son in law Michael McIntyre and he essentially said not our problem. This to me is the example of deceptive practices and possibly fraud, also a shameful practice and a total disregard for the customer. The only sign of any concern came from the salesman himself (David Sigg) which offered me $1,000.00 from his own pocket.
