Dalin was amazing. He was patient and made sure I wasn’t pressured into choosing a car that was not perfect for me. He allowed me to take my time until I was sure. He got me a great deal on my trade in vehicle. I would definitely recommend Dalin at Volvo in Buford.

Although there is a Volvo dealership closer to in-town where I live. I drive the extra miles to have service done on my XC60 at Volvo of Marietta. It’s a little further but a world away from the other dealership service department.

Years of excellent service! - April43
My family has 3 Volvo's and we would never take them anywhere but North Point Volvo! Their service department is second to none and I have never seen a more honest, fairly priced, and enjoyable group of people in all my years of driving! Once you go there you will never go back to another Volvo dealer!
Issues Easily Resolved - KF
I purchased a CPO MB from Jackson Automotive. Kerri Scott was my contact there and I can honestly say she did all she could to answer all my questions and make sure that everything went smoothly. She was great! There were some issues with the car I purchased and took to my home in another state. even from several hundred miles away, the dealership staff all did what they should do to resolve the situation.

Have to say when you go to a dealership it’s not like it’s a favorite place to visit. However, visiting the Volvo store was by far the best experience I have ever had in a dealership. The staff was excellent and provided me everything I needed. I didn’t have to fight to go any information at all. And let’s be honest it’s a Volvo. The new XC60 was the best suv I have test drive so far. And with the gas mileage I think this is what I’m hoing to buy. Thanks Joe and the Volvo team for such a good experience.
Deceived by the dealer purchasing a used car - DeWayne
I purchased a used car from Volvo Cars Savannah. The car was modified with a roll bar and all pictures on the web masterfully left out the roll bars appearance, additionally the lengthy description on their web site never mentioned the car was modified. Even after a number of phone calls with the salesman about my concern for originality, proper documentation, service records and insuring all the original parts the car came with were still with the car, I was never told the car had been modified. I can clearly say that had I known there had been a roll bar installed I would have never pursued the car or any car that I felt had been tracked or raced.
I had the car shipped to WI and discovered the modification when it came off the truck. Since the delivery I have had multiple e-mails and phone conversations with the dealership. Having purchased the car and having it delivered I had the roll bar removed ($2,100) and at a minimum I wanted reimbursement for the removal of the never mentioned modification.
I initially went through the salesman, he had no success with the management. I attempted to contact the owner Ralph Tolman, got his son in law Michael McIntyre and he essentially said not our problem. This to me is the example of deceptive practices and possibly fraud, also a shameful practice and a total disregard for the customer. The only sign of any concern came from the salesman himself (David Sigg) which offered me $1,000.00 from his own pocket.
