Tony Nissan Dealership - Rogue
Good car buying experience. Found a good Rogue that was minimally used and just arrived, as a lease return from Maui, but it still had a good history. Cal made it available to us to see and gave us the car history and we looked at new SUVs also. Good experience with Cal.
We originally were wanting to look at the Hybrid Rogues but there weren't any and it seems the Rogue Hybrid fuel efficiency isn't that amazing anyhow.
The few suggestions for improvement for this dealership would be to have less speed bumps, as every 10 feet seems unnecessary, especially with a sleeping baby in the car.
Also improve the flow in and out of the dealership lot, as it is an odd flow around the back with minimal signage and overcrowded.
Another suggestion is to have the manager behind the curtain (in the corner office) introduce him/her self and provide us the interest rate chart before committing to a down payment or not. I understand there are interest rate tiers... but now that you ran my credit and know about me, lets talk options, as I wanted to know if my heloc rate was better than any car loan and what loan providers there are to choose from. Cal did a good job relaying the messages, but it was still odd.
Last suggestion is that the limit to charge to a credit card for card rewards is a little low. $2,500 is fine, but Servco Toyota let us put $5,000 on a our credit card(s) to get the card rewards.
Cal and Darren did a good job helping us with everything and we're happy to know you guys have high quality used cars too.

Great people & service at King Windward Nissan, except when you process my check electronically, the signature does not appear. My bank called me to say the check will be rejected,so I had to return to Nissan & write another check. This all could be avoided w/o electronic processing.

Excellent Experience with Antonio - Davitcha
Though I didn't end up buying a car here, I did spend significant time with Antonio, the internet sales representative, and left with a really good impression. Antonio was always transparent, never pushy, and followed up with substantive answers to all of my questions, by email and in person. He makes the car buying process pleasant and informative, just how I like it.
Had prices at New City been a bit lower, I definitely would have made my purchase there, and would have given the dealership 5 stars. Regarding prices, New City does offer better value than the other two Nissan dealerships on the island, but Nissan corporate does not always offer competitive incentives compared to other brands.
