Long wait for vehicle - Ed
Saw a used Mazda 3 on web site and called on it. Talked to the manager for used cars. I wanted a out the door price (OTD to include TTL). Manager gave us his cell and told to call if we had any other questions. Talked to him 3 times about things and verified the price each and every time. We were paying for the car outright (cash) and didn't want any surprises. We made an appointment and went down that day to buy the car. We told them I had to be to work and only had 3 hours to do this (Should be more than enough time). Arrived on time was greeted and able to take on test drive right away. When the paperwork started, time came to a stop. The salesman wanted to negotiate the price of the car. We said no, the price $13K OTD. The salesman finally could get the price to what was agreed upon by the manager the days before. We argued about dealer fee. Remember all the phone calls and verifying OTD price. Even told him we are paying cash and will bring only this amount. We then sat at the salesman desk for 2 hours while he went to get the car detailed (meaning washed, dirt streaks in trunk area never cleaned) and gassed. The dealership had maybe 3 couples looking around at cars (not very busy). After this long and useless wait we finally was able to see the finance person. No one was in finance office because I had clear view of the office while sitting there. This person raised his voice and was very rude to my wife (very unprofessional). We finally paid for it and was able to go. Over 3 hours to do this. Asked to have my son on title paperwork- was told DMV does that, LIE. DMV said would have to been done at dealership, they can not change paperwork. 3 day temp tag- Bought on Thursday - good till Friday. (Tag states good for 3 day not to include weekends. Could not even count 3 days). I would not recommend this dealership to anyone.

Wife’s car had recall on air bag. Dropped off then learned the next day they forgot to order parts. Also got her name wrong on paperwork. It is Colleen.
Pushy Extended Warranty Seller/Poor at Refunding - TERI
Say NO to all the warranty and special coverages (except possibly bumper to bumper). Three months later and STILL waiting for refund after cancellation. UGH!
Wackerli GMC service sucks - Ralph Dickenson
Absolutely horrible service and communication from the GMC service department. Took it in to have two valve cover gaskets replaced as well as an oil sending unit. Took it in on a Thursday and got it back Friday.. that would be the Friday 8 DAYS LATER. They blamed it on freight, never took onus for it themselves. I wouldn't wish them and their lack of professionalism on anyone.
