I live in the Seattle / Tacoma area and contacted 7 Chevrolet dealerships around my area about factory ordering a 2019 Corvette. This is my 5th Vette and I wanted it “my” way. I got serious with 3 of them. One call to Dave Smith Motors and salesman Darrell Andrews brought in a price $3,500 less on a factory order, no trade in price, than Seattle / Tacoma area Chevy dealerships. I then took the offer back to all 7 and said that I was willing to give a home town discount off that price to deal locally but the price starting point had to be in the ball park of Dave Smith’s price. Everyone said that they would meet or beat any price until I brought them a legitimate price on a factory order and then it was crickets, I then went back to all a second time and said in 24 hours I am ordering a Vette from someone at this price or an adjusted price based on two airline tickets to Spokane. Only one dealership contacted me and they invited me to come in and meet the general manager to see how friendly they were and that they wanted to earn my business. I wrote back and said that I would be there in 45 minutes, or make an appointment, but their price had to be based on Dave Smith’s price. They thanked me and wished me well. I put down a $1,000 deposit and factory ordered from Dave Smith. They kept me in order process loop, car came in, they picked me up at the airport, the deal that I paid for was EXACTLY what they originally said it would be on the EXACT car I wanted! No one tried to bump the price on the car price we agreed on. They made no pressure offerings on the usual extended warranty type stuff but they had no issues when I declined. I drove the Vette back home and
overall I could not be happier!!! I would do this again in a heartbeat. I read some of the bad reviews and I truly wonder if some of them are not from other dealers upset at Dave Smith pricing or what ever. They had zero reason to treat me differently from anyone else. From the start I told them that I’m a guy who says what he going to do and then I do exactly what I said. If they are a dealership who does the same then we will get along great. We both fulfilled our ends of the bargain.

I'm working full time, and going to school full time, and I have no money for a vehicle, but I'm mechanically inclined, so when I found the listing for the mechanic's special on Robideaux Motors for $595 I was excited!
Not only was the price $595 on 4 different web sites, but I even received an email from Pam at Robideaux confirming the $595 price.
(note: the decal on the van showed $895).
I spent an hour looking it over, taking it for a drive, and decided to buy it. I have little money right now, and this is a risk.
Then, Jesse the Sales Manager announces to me that the price is actually $1,595!!!
I left frustrated and incredibly disappointed.
Now, today, the website shows $1,595, and when I called Jesse, he said he could come down to $1000 - but no lower.
The KBB on this van is $595 and for you to list it at $595 and then bump the price to $1595 is unfair and immoral!
How incredibly frustrating that I spent all this time and then at the last minute you tell me the price is 3 TIMES what the website listed, and double what the price listed on the van itself said!

My initial inquiry was answered so dismissively and so half-hearted that I am certain that you don't care enough for my needs to be worth dealing with. Rather than finding an answer you threw up your hands and recommend I search your website for a different vehicle than the one I wanted to know about. It is only a few hours after a supervisor contacted me and heard my dissatisfaction that you got me any answer at all. We will never make an amiable deal that way. I have no desire to do business with someone who prefers dismissive excuses to actual answers.
Bottom line, somebody at your organization listed it for sale. No pictures no price. I inquired, you didn't care. If only a device existed that people carried with them capable of taking pictures and emailing them. Perhaps in the future scientists will develop such a device . If only you had prices for the things you want to sell rather than putting potential customers on the back-burner for days on end or indefinitely and steering them to vehicles they weren't interested in in the first place. If only you cared without a supervisor's intervention.
You have had plenty of time and chances to convince me to come in and give you my business. In the end you've merely convinced me that you don't want my business and you don't deserve anyone's.
Customer service matters, a drive to go the extra mile, particularly when you're price is not outstandingly low. In that regard you have failed tremendously.

Wackerli GMC service sucks - Ralph Dickenson
Absolutely horrible service and communication from the GMC service department. Took it in to have two valve cover gaskets replaced as well as an oil sending unit. Took it in on a Thursday and got it back Friday.. that would be the Friday 8 DAYS LATER. They blamed it on freight, never took onus for it themselves. I wouldn't wish them and their lack of professionalism on anyone.

It was my first time buying a car at a dealership and you have to understand that I never used any credit cards or took out loans because I always had been able to pay in full up front, therefore I had nothing to back up my credits score but they were able to help me get a loan at a great rate, and sold me a great car at a very good price. I have gone back several times for questions and for their service and every time they exceed my expectations! They are very honest and will work with you! I would completely recommend them!

Sold my husband and and I a pickup
That can't be worked on in the United States because the warranty won't cover because it's from Canada which we were not told... when we bought the pickup they said that the warranty would cover the pickup and that is not the fact or the truth a year after buying this pickup you have to bang on the dash to start the pickup and the radio went out $34,000 down the drain thanks Rob Green for xxxxxxxxx..... oh and they sold us a warranty that won't cover the broken parts of our pickup and and on top of that they own the warranty they sold us so they pick and choose what they want to cover.....it's just not right
No guarantee on work no customer service - Frustrated
I had a mechanical problem with my RV while passing through Salmon, Idaho. The Repairs they conducted on my RV failed after less than 500 miles. When I tried to get issue resolved they said there was no guarantee and nothing could be done. What? Engine they worked on is a Ford engine; they are a Ford dealer! They have now refused to return my calls leaving me stranded as the result of their incompetent repair job. I don't know what's more frustrating; lack of competent repair or complete lack of customer service! Giving them 1 star is overrating them. If I had an option I would give them a zero! A zero rating for zero service.
