Very friendly staff they always go above and beyond. I was lucky enough to get a loaner and Jo Jo took time to show me the time about the loaner and went over everything with me. Thank you Bill Estes. For having a wonderful family in your staff!

I was trying to purchase a hard to come by popular - Jason

I was trying to purchase a hard to come by popular vehicle. Country Chevrolet had one. I made a phone call and 3 text messages later the deal was done. When I picked the vehicle up it was a fantastic experience. Very happy with my purchase and working with Derek at Country Chevrolet.

We purchased our vehicle from here almost four years ago, - Dissatisfied

We purchased our vehicle from here almost four years ago, and it was a nightmare from the beginning. It took forever, then we had to go back and ge a second paper plate because Chandra couldn’t get it right, ad to pick up paperwork in a parking lot because we were going out of state. She sold us additional warranty that was not available at the dealership ( I got $500 taking off my loan) but continue with it in my loan. Five weeks ago the vehicle just stopped. We took it to be looked at, and was told it needed a new motor, no warning or check engine light. The place took it to found that Hyundai had an extended warranty on the motor, which we are under. Had it towed to Hyundai dealership in Fort Wayne, who informed us that there was a recall on the knock sensor in 2018 which was never repaired, lochmandy did not advise of us this. This sensor is what tells computer there is a problem. We are still waiting to see if the warranty is still valid, or if sensor will make it null and void. Would not recommend, and they will be hearing from our lawyer if my warranty is not upheld

Most down to earth dealership sales experience to date. - Dean2015

We were looking for a used car and were hesitant to make the drive to Marty Kendrick Nissan. Once there we dealt with Efrein Torres and Sales Managers Adam Nesius and Phil Hunley. All three of these guys made us feel like one of the family and very comfortable. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking to purchase their next used car. Very Impressed!!!

Salesman was fair and good experience , had a issue with a blown front tire on a 65000 thousand new truck , bought the extra tire and wheel hazard insurance , running on the temp spare couldn’t get in to see service for 3 weeks to just take a picture and order a new tire , terrible service and no good to me will not be using this dealership for anything

I recently less than 2 months ago purchased a 2015 gmc - riddletina319

I recently less than 2 months ago purchased a 2015 gmc Acadia. Supposedly they do inspections on all their vehicles. Not the case here. In less than 2 months I have had to repair and replace several items. The brake pedal sensor, had to have it calibrated, replace the power steering pump and the radiator hose had to be replaced because it was collapsed. Will never purchase another vehicle from them. It was never inspected prior to them selling it or they would have caught and repaired these problems!
