Barry and Kohlin were excellent to work with. Barry took a lot of time to make sure that I had the right vehicle for my needs. We went on 4 different test drives to find the right vehicle. Kohlin was great in that he was able to locate the perfect car at another dealership. I ended up choosing a 2019 Forte FE with a manual transmission. Josh was able to run a credit check to make sure that I could secure a loan for the vehicle, and Chase did a wonderful job of walking me through the financing options. Finally I ended with Ashley who was able to help me get insurance on the car and even pointed out a discrepancy in my driving history that was making my insurance higher than it should be. All in all it was a great buying experience. I didn’t feel pressured at all and instead I felt informed enough to make the decision of buying my first brand new car. Thank you everyone for making this such an easy process.

I have a 2009 Pontiac G6 that was having (what I thought) was a transmission related issue and I had a recall that needed taken care of as well. I did research on any possible recalls that could possibly be related to my new problem and found what I thought might be a possible match and had my car towed into McGonigal’s. They checked my car out that day and confirmed that it was in fact an older recall and had both recalls fixed within a day. Everyone that I either talked to on the phone or in person were very welcoming & nice not just to me but to all of the customers that were in the service area. I witnessed nothing less than smiles and happy customers and staff that treated every customer like an old friend! I have been a customer with McGonigal’s for a long time and have never left there without a smile or satisfaction.

My cousin's car was making a new sound and she drove it everyday to work. She told me about it more than once, so I asked around at church. Everyone had a different idea. Finally, another cousin said drive over to see the service folks at GM City in Scottsburg. I's glad I did!
I need to shout out to Scott Nale who really helped me. I got out in less than an hour. While I was there, their General Manager Ryan Barker even introduced himself. I didn't want to leave. They really valued me and made sure everything was more than okay.

The personel at Lebanon Bill Estes are very friendly and professional. I took my truck for oil change and was told my tires do not need rotated and air filter can wait until next oil change, most honest place i have ever visited. My past experience with other dealers was always dealing with pressure to buy unneeded additional sevices.

Salesman was pleasant but seemed to be uninformed. He told us we could put the cost on our credit card instead of using a check. But when we got to the finance lady she said that was not true. We could only put $3000 on the credit card and use a check for the rest. We get points using our card and we’re pleased when the salesman said we could put the whole amount on it. That’s something he should have known. I asked for the car title to be put in my name and my husband’s name (who was present) but the finance lady made a face and said she’d akready printed out the paperwork and no one had told her it was to be in two names. Fact is no one asked. We said forget it as she seemed to be in a bad mood already and we wanted tomgetboutbofvthete by then.

So I bought a 2017 Chevy truck at a price very close too what the dealer was originally asking; I was told there was. Dry little room for negotiation! This vehicle had 18k + not new but fairly clean. I negotiated that they detail the exterior of the truck with the deal as it had rust dots imbedded in the white paint! I was told it would be detailed the morning that I came to pick up my truck and pay 40k! Needless to say they did not follow through on their promise. I took the vehicle regardless as it was raining and I had driven an hour and 10 minutes after making a deal a previous day; they had given me their word so why would I question? I received an email from the salesman asking how I felt about my purchase. I stated the truck was treating me good so far; but I was a bit disappointed that he did not follow through with our agreement to detail the truck and remove the rust dots. A few days later he made it a point to call me and tell me he was very sorry and he would like to make it right and detail the truck for free at my convenience in schedule! I made him aware that I couldn’t get it in rt away as I don’t live close but I would set something up as soon as I could. I emailed the salesman to set up the exterior detail and asked about getting a price to detail the interior and get an oil change while I was there since I would be make no the trip! He called me back said oil change was 70$ and entire detail was free of charge; so we set a date when all work was to be done and I was told it would take approximately 4 hrs and a would wait in town. So I go through all of this driving/ waiting in town and receive a call that vehicle is ready for pickup. I return on foot to the dealer to get my truck and find they have maybe changed oil and ran the truck through car wash only! They swept interior did not attempt to detail or steam clean 1 thing inside, and the exterior was still polka dotted with rust specs in paint as it had been when I originally looked at buying the truck!!!! Very pusses off that they chose to waste my day, fuel, and lied to me about their intentions!!! The dealer would’ve been further ahead telling me no they would not detail the truck for free from the get go; unbelievably dissatisfied customer!!!!!!

DO NOT BUY A VEHICLE FROM THESE xxxx BAGS, They sold us a 2007 Jeep Patriot and within a week the back axle on it snapped in half, they told us they would fix it but upon inspection we learned that it would cost 1200 to fix. How did your experienced team of xxxxxxx in the service department not spot this obvious flaw?
