I ordered a 2020 Kia Telluride Sx Prestige at the beginning of April and received it on August 29. Such a long wait due to factory issues with supply and demand but it was worth my wait! This vehicle is beautiful and amazing! Mac Bridges was so wonderful to keep me updated along the way and I think he and Josh were as excited as I was when it finally arrived! I appreciate them being patient with my impatience and thankful they were so positive about me ordering in the first place as I had been discouraged from ordering what I wanted from another dealer! I'm usually hesitant to go back to the car dealership for maintaince however when I purchased the vehicle it came with some free oil changes and I was due for a change. I scheduled an appointment online which was super easy and slick. From the time I pulled my car into the bay I was greeted by 2 friendly guys who were actually ready for me. They walkef me to a great waiting area with refreshments and 20 minutes later I was out the door!! Great service, will definitely go back.

I live in Northern California and have been looking for a truck for the past couple of months. I finally found a truck on line at Gregg Young Buick GMC. After talking to "Mike" we reached an agreement and I flew to Des Moines to pick up the truck. Even though I was not going to be a customer after purchase (as I am out of state) I was treated very professional and the truck was just as I had hoped. I also enjoyed working with their finance guy (Boomer) who gave me his card and assured me that if there were ever any concerns to personally contact him. I would highly recommend Gregg Young Buick GMC to anyone as I was impressed with their work and their care in working with me. They even filled up the gas tank for my long drive back to California. I would definitely buy from them again. You can't go wrong buying from a vehicle from them.

I have a 2009 Pontiac G6 that was having (what I thought) was a transmission related issue and I had a recall that needed taken care of as well. I did research on any possible recalls that could possibly be related to my new problem and found what I thought might be a possible match and had my car towed into McGonigal’s. They checked my car out that day and confirmed that it was in fact an older recall and had both recalls fixed within a day. Everyone that I either talked to on the phone or in person were very welcoming & nice not just to me but to all of the customers that were in the service area. I witnessed nothing less than smiles and happy customers and staff that treated every customer like an old friend! I have been a customer with McGonigal’s for a long time and have never left there without a smile or satisfaction.

We was in the market for a bigger SUV and had seen one at the dealership on a Sunday. I went online to check out more info and sent in a request. The next morning they was prompt on getting back with me and made sure the vehicle was available for our appointment.
The process took a total of maybe 2.5 hours from start to finish.
I would highly recommend them for tour new and used purchase and also for the service department as well.

Found the car I’d been looking for on Cars.com, called Gurley Leep and was lucky to get Yvonne Diaz. Since pics hadn’t been posted yet, Yvonne personally took some pics and emailed them to me. After my 2 hr drive to get to Mishawaka, Yvonne had the car ready to test drive, and was excellent throughout the sale. 3 hrs later, Yvonne had the car detailed and ready to go. So pleased with her help and professionalism! Hope she stays in the car business, because I’ll definitely be back to buy from her again.

Purchased my car from previous owner of Mike Alsop Chevrolet. OnStar was installed and operational in the vehicle. Got an air intake system error, and was advised OnStar to take for repair immediately. Took to Alsop's multiple times and was sent on my way because they could find nothing wrong and to ignore the warning as a false computer reading. After getting error for the 4th or 5th time, I took it to Mike Raisor's in Lafayette and found within 4 hours of arrival that the air intake manifold had a large visible crack in it. I was given a loaner car while awaiting the part to arrive and to be installed. It was in in about a week and fixed the same day! Now that's what I call service.

I’m writing this in hopes that it doesn’t happen to someone else. I called this dealership 45 minutes away to make sure a car was available and it was. I told them I was coming to look at it and was very interested in buying it. I’d looked for weeks and finally thought I found “the one”. The sales manager said he’d have it out and ready for me to look out. I get there and it’s not out and ready.
A sales associate comes to help me and pulls the car around. I start to look at it. It was listed as an Elantra Limited with many features such as heated leather seats, blind spot detection, heated mirrors, and more. The first thing I notice are cloth seats and I tell the gal this can’t be the right car because it’s not as described. I was then told there must have been a mistake in some features according to the listing, but it was never disclosed that it was a completely different model. The paperwork I signed even says “limited” as the style. I called Hyundai Customer Care and they informed me I had the base model. I tried calling Andy Mohr to talk to the sales manager who transferred me to the sales associate. There’s nothing she could do but confirm it is the base model go over the features of the car I actually bought. I tried contacting someone higher up and she couldn’t get anyone to talk to me either. I feel I was misinformed and would not have purchased the vehicle had I known exactly what I was buying. You can find the same car (the base model) with 10,000-20,000 less miles for the same price elsewhere. Do your due diligence before purchasing a used car here... even better idea, you might want to steer clear. I feel sorry for the associate as she did the best she could with what she had to work with. She’s the only reason they got two stars instead of one. I will not be doing business here again and it’s a real shame too because my first car was bought at Andy Mohr and that was a great experience. Now I cannot trust this company with my business. Very sad indeed.

I just purchased a pre-owned practically new 2016 Ram pickup from Kennedy Mazda in Valpo. I have to say it was the first and probably not the last purchase for me with Kennedy. Trevor Sibley and Ken Freeland made it one of the most pleasurable car buying experiences I've had. ( there have been plenty) As our local dealerships are bought up the big city car dealers, its going to get harder and harder to take the time to make a decision on one of the most expensive purchases one can make without some high pressure pitch forcing you into something you may not be ready for. Support you local small town businesses, they are a pleasure to work with and will likely have the same representation next time you buy.

Don't do business with this dealership. They lie to your face about what their standard business practices are. I asked them not to send my deal to anymore banks after two said no. But, they continued to send it to eight different banks. Now, they have ruined my credit for the next two years. Please, don't do business with these liars, or you might regret it. Definitely don't deal with Andrew.
