We recently brought our F-150 to the service department for the 150000 service. We wanted belts, hoses, brakes, and the oil cooler / air conditioner serviced. Marv called us several times while the truck was being serviced to confirm if we wanted a particular item replaced. The work was done in a timely fashion at a reasonable price. We will be going back to Fieldhouse for future service work.

Ordered and purchased a new 2017 F-150 from Heritage Ford. Devin was my initial contact when I first started looking for a new truck and worked with me throughout the process. Devin was knowledgeable and did a great job in working with me and keeping me informed. Once my truck arrived Devin and the rest of the Heritage staff were fantastic to work with. From dealership management to the finance team, to the folks that prepped the truck for pickup everyone did their best to ensure we were satisfied with or vehicle and experience at Heritage. We are A Plan customers and have purchased or new Ford vehicles from Downtown Ford (Bill Collins) for 25+ years. Moving to the Corydon, Indiana area in the fall of 2016 we are glad to know that we now have a great Ford dealer to work with for the next 25.

I took my 2003 Taurus in for replacement of tie rods, as diagnosed by another Ford dealership. As it turned out the tie rods were fine, but the sway bar was bad. This saved me several hundred dollars!!

My wife and I were looking for a specific Ford Escape, Titanium. Since we live in Arizona, we of course checked out our local dealer. They could not find the specific vehicle we were wanting within a reasonable distance, but added that one was available in Ohio. I called Eby's (I used to live in Goshen) and after some negotiation they got the vehicle for me, and I couldn't be more pleased. Not many dealers will go that extra mile (and in this case literally) to make a sale. I will always check with them before I buy another Ford product. Of course it is helpful to know what you want, and what the vehicle price generally sells. I had no problem acquiring a fair deal.

A few years ago, my mother was in an accident; her car was totaled. We were told she had four days to find a new car. I immediately called Curry Meece at Advantage Ford and within 24 hours, he showed me the next car my mother would own. Mr. Meece made buying a gently used car the best possible buying experience for my mother and, frankly, the ease at which he made the process is one we will ever forget. They have treated us as if she is the only customer Advantage Ford has. (I'm certain they have many!) If I hadn't just leased my car, I would have purchased from Mr. Meece and his company. They are and will forever remain true to their customers and are a great company to work with!!!

I felt Kareem was very professional and enjoyable to talk with. He wasn't to pushy like some salesman and I enjoyed talking with him during the time I was at the dealership. He seemed interested in finding me exactly what I wanted and didn't try to sell me a different brand that I didn't want. The salesman Sean did a good job, however his boss was a jerk. Sean stated in the test drive that they stand behind their products, however after i spent over 30K they were not even willing to fix the cd/nav system that they knew was broken. They also pointed out that the tires need to be replaced and then charged me a "dealer rate" that was the same price as sears when I checked. Now I am in Nashville TN and my truck is in a ford dealer for repairs. Thank God i bought a service/repair plan with my bank. I would never recommend this dealer to anyone. When i told Sean that i was very dissatisfied with his empty words of stating that they stand behind their products. He said that there was nothing he could do, his boss was not willing to help with anything. This is by far the worst experience buying a vehicle i have ever had. I should have know not to buy it when we went to look at the truck and they didn't have time for us. After taking it for an hour so they could have lunch, Sean said that his boss was too busy, so he would call us when they had time for us.. We had to go in at 5pm and demand that we be able to try to make our purchase. If this is how small town dealers are, I would much rather drive a long distance to deal with someone who cares and is willing to live up to their statement of how they are built on customer service. Obviously this is an extremely FALSE statement!

Our Ford Windstar has run fine. We've had absolutely no problems. We took the van in for a recall repair. Matlock Ford kept it all day. It is between 1/4 to 1/2 mile from our home. Our van didn't make it back to our home. We called and the owner's grandson came and looked at it on the side of the road and said it wasn't their fault and there is nothing he could do. He didn't bring it in. He didn't put it on a lift and have it checked, he just looked at it for 3 minutes on the side of the road and said it couldn't be their fault. We had recall repair to the back axle and the problem is in the front... but when he started describing what he did he said they were underneath the feet of the front seat. It was very disappointing and very bad business. At least call a wrecker, take it back, diagnose it and THEN bring us in to show us EXACTLY what was done during the recall and EXACTLY why it couldn't be your fault. SImply diagnosing it from 3 minutes on the side of the road isn't good enough.
