Had an issue with a 2019 Expedition XLT that I was going to purchase. Drove it on a Friday and made a appointment for Monday to potentially buy the vehicle. Came back on Monday only to discover that it had been sold on Saturday. Needless to say I wasn’t very happy. I walked out and went to the nearest coffee shop to gather my composure. A few hours later Mike Blaettner sales Manager called to try to clear up this misunderstanding. This man spent the rest of the day looking for another similar vehicle. So between Mike and Jon Marquardt sale representative they came up two Expeditions with four purchasing options for my wife and I to choose from. At the end of the day we left with a 2020 Expedition Limited and a fantastic deal. Jon went out of his way to make sure the vehicle’s were at the front of the store running and ready for a test drive. I highly recommend Greg Hubler Ford. Very friendly professional employees.

Overcharged - dpitchers
Took my 2015 Ford Expedition in for the A/C blower motor not working. I informed the service desk as to what parts had already been replaced. The issue was a bad wire harness but the service tech decided to replace another part that had was new and I was charged for this part. Also was charged for 1.5 hours of service that took the technician 30 minutes. Total ripoff. In closing I was charges the following,
1. $119.69 for a part that did not need to be replaced.
2. $217.50 for 1.5 hours of work that only took 30 minutes.
3. $55.76 for the wire harness that was the bad part.
4. $19.65 for miscellaneous charges (No explanation as to what this is).
My total came to $424.88 with tax. My recommendation.....Find another Ford service department if you can.

A few years ago, my mother was in an accident; her car was totaled. We were told she had four days to find a new car. I immediately called Curry Meece at Advantage Ford and within 24 hours, he showed me the next car my mother would own. Mr. Meece made buying a gently used car the best possible buying experience for my mother and, frankly, the ease at which he made the process is one we will ever forget. They have treated us as if she is the only customer Advantage Ford has. (I'm certain they have many!) If I hadn't just leased my car, I would have purchased from Mr. Meece and his company. They are and will forever remain true to their customers and are a great company to work with!!!

My wife and I were looking for a specific Ford Escape, Titanium. Since we live in Arizona, we of course checked out our local dealer. They could not find the specific vehicle we were wanting within a reasonable distance, but added that one was available in Ohio. I called Eby's (I used to live in Goshen) and after some negotiation they got the vehicle for me, and I couldn't be more pleased. Not many dealers will go that extra mile (and in this case literally) to make a sale. I will always check with them before I buy another Ford product. Of course it is helpful to know what you want, and what the vehicle price generally sells. I had no problem acquiring a fair deal.

I dont know about their sales, but I would stay away from their service department. Took my minivan in for new brakes, tires, and shocks. All most all of the parts were incorrectly replaced. The wrong tires were changed and the shocks were never installed. I took it back to the dealership and it ended up taking over a month to get it straightened out and I still ended up replacing tires that did not need to be replaced out of pocket.

Ordered and purchased a new 2017 F-150 from Heritage Ford. Devin was my initial contact when I first started looking for a new truck and worked with me throughout the process. Devin was knowledgeable and did a great job in working with me and keeping me informed. Once my truck arrived Devin and the rest of the Heritage staff were fantastic to work with. From dealership management to the finance team, to the folks that prepped the truck for pickup everyone did their best to ensure we were satisfied with or vehicle and experience at Heritage. We are A Plan customers and have purchased or new Ford vehicles from Downtown Ford (Bill Collins) for 25+ years. Moving to the Corydon, Indiana area in the fall of 2016 we are glad to know that we now have a great Ford dealer to work with for the next 25.

Our Ford Windstar has run fine. We've had absolutely no problems. We took the van in for a recall repair. Matlock Ford kept it all day. It is between 1/4 to 1/2 mile from our home. Our van didn't make it back to our home. We called and the owner's grandson came and looked at it on the side of the road and said it wasn't their fault and there is nothing he could do. He didn't bring it in. He didn't put it on a lift and have it checked, he just looked at it for 3 minutes on the side of the road and said it couldn't be their fault. We had recall repair to the back axle and the problem is in the front... but when he started describing what he did he said they were underneath the feet of the front seat. It was very disappointing and very bad business. At least call a wrecker, take it back, diagnose it and THEN bring us in to show us EXACTLY what was done during the recall and EXACTLY why it couldn't be your fault. SImply diagnosing it from 3 minutes on the side of the road isn't good enough.

Last June I had some work needing to be done on a truck. After receiving the quote we approved everything except the one item, which was fixing a seat massager for $200, because we decided it wasn’t necessary at the time. When I picked the truck up the first thing I noticed on the way home is that the seat massager had been fixed. I looked at the invoice and saw I had been charged for it so I called in and told them what happened. I was told they would check into it and get back to me, nothing happened. A week or 2 later I called back and was told they don’t think I was charged for it but they would check into it again. I have made at least 8-10 phone calls about this matter and was told repeatedly that I would hear back from them and then nothing. I finally talked to one of the owners just over 2 weeks ago, he was very nice and I was promised compensation but again have seen nothing. I called and talked to the receptionist this morning and she said she would check into what happened and get right back to me and again I heard nothing back! I’m beyond frustrated!!!!
