I'm 75 yrs old and dealt with numerous auto dealers over the years. Zeigler Subaru in Fort Wayne is the best dealership I have ever dealt with. I'm new to the area and was so pleased I found a reputable dealer. I went to Zeigler without an appointment and they took care of my issue immediately. Communication was a little lackluster. I had to call and try to get updates instead of them reaching out to me. I have been to other dealers where you are updated via text frequently. That is my only complaint. The work is satisfactory.

To have a 3% charge for using a bank card on a job that is well over $1k is absurd. I can see for smaller amounts, but it didn’t cost you over $37 to take money out of my bank account via debit card. You made money off of a service that isn’t even your proprietary service.

This review is based on my experience with Brian aka Coach. I called to set up service for recalls for my Lincoln Aviator. Brian was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. He explained what needed to be done. He offered to have someone pick up my car and return when service was complete. I have rarely come in contact with someone who is as helpful and provides service as well as he did.
