After some unfortunate situations from a car purchase at Kelley Volvo, the dealership rose to correct the situation. They gave me an excellent trade in allowance and a good deal on my XC60. Rob Sagstetter was very helpful and went the extra mile to have me satisfied. Ben Cauffman did an excellent job answering all our questions and taking phone calls. Tim Bohn and Tyler Butler in the service department have always been helpful. This was our fourth vehicle purchase with Kelley Volvo.
