THIS HAS BEEN THE ABSOLUTE WORST POST SALE EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH. DO NOT BUY YOUR CAR HERE BECAUSE IF ANYTHING IS WRONG, THEY PLACE BLAME EVERYWHERE BUT THEM. MELISSA, MARK, BILL, THE GM ALL REFUSE TO TAKE RESPONSIBILITY AND GET ME THE PART THAT SAID WOULD BE ON MY CAR WITHIN A REASONABLE AMOUNT OF TIME. WHEN I PURCHASED MY USED CAR, I SENT A PICTURE TO MELISSA ABOUT A TAIL HITCH COVER PIECE MISSING, SHE SAID SHE WOULD PULL ANOTHER ONE FROM OTHER CAR, SUPPOSEDLY SHE DID AND THEN ONCE I GET UP THERE THE STORY TURNED INTO ANOTHER SALES GUY TAKING THE PART. THEY ORDERED THE PART WEDNESDAY, CAME IN FRIDAY, MIND YOU THIS IS A 1 INCH BY 1 INCH PIECE.... FRIDAY, SATURDAY, MONDAY AND TUESDAY GO BY, THE PIECE IS STILL NOT READY . ONCE IT WAS READY LATE TUESDAY, THEY PAINTED IT THE WRONG COLOR!!!! SO THEY REDO IT, NOW A WHOLE WEEK LATER, I STILL DONT HAVE THE PIECE. MELISSA THEN TELLS ME IT WILL BE HERE BY LUNCH, I HAVE TEXT MESSAGES TO SHOW THAT. NOW SUPPOSEDLY IT WONT BE HERE TILL AFTER LUNCH. AND FOR ALL THIS TROUBLE, THEY WANT TO HAVE MY OFFER ME A HAT?!?!?!??!! xxx IS THAT ABOUT? I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND THIS DEALERSHIP TO ANYONE AFTER THIS WHOLE EXPERIENCE. EVERYTHING WAS SO GOOD POST SALE AND DURING SALE AND THIS WHOLE MESS, ALLLLLL FOR A 1IN BY 1IN PIECE OF PLASTIC THAT COVERS MY TOW HITCH COVER. ONE PERSON TELLS ME ONE THING AND ANOTHER PERSON TELLS ME ANOTHER THING. THE MOST FRUSTRATING THING EVER.

I noticed the exact model I was looking for at James Motor Company online and submitted an inquiry.
I was promptly and courteously greeted by Scott Stoess and thoroughly informed about the vehicle. (He made sure I knew everything there was to know) As I was out of town and the purchase would require some travel we were able to sort out the particulars of the deal beforehand.
When we arrived I was even more impressed and politely greeted by a few members of the staff. We completed the test drive and the vehicle was exactly as described. After a quick transaction I was on my way with a new car and a big smile on my face.
I've purchased a lot of cars over the years but I've never experienced this level of service in any transaction, I'll forever be impressed with James Motor Company and a big thanks to Scott Stoess for his hard work throughout. 1/20/18

Miller Warren has quite the staff here! Joey Sanders was the best sales guy, Jeff Jackson was an exceptional finance guy, and Bre Miles was a genius with the delivery process. You must buy here and make sure to ask for Joey!

I concur to the previous review about Adil. He definitely goes the distance and is genuinely eager to help and ensures you are completely satisfied throughout the process. He made it so easy to buy a new car...I didn't even plan to buy a car that day but I did! He's passionate about cars and has a deep understanding of the Mercedes offerings as well as other brands which makes it helpful when having conversations regarding comparisons. He is also very knowledgeable of the technology which can be a bit daunting, especially for a new Mercedes owner. I highly recommend working with Adil. A sales consultant that truly cares and not pushy.

If Butch tells you that it will be done, then it will be done. He is the type of Sales Rep. that I think every dealership would be proud to have.
