Refuses to refund unused portion of maintenance plan not used. Purchased 4 year warranty in 2015 and traded in January 2018. Only used twice. Refuses to refund unused portion stating its Mercedes policy. Sharon Moss, refund my money. You must have forgotten that customer feedback to friends and family and coworkers go a very long way. Stating that I would only get money back is to purchase another Mercedes and it will be applied to that vehicle is in my opinion just as crooked as you can get.

Great customer service! A.J. Miller went beyond our expansion to assure that our exaperiance was perfect. We live three hours north and were unable to bring the car home on the day that we were in the dealership. A.J. met us in Texarkana. We had a small issue, A.J. was very attentive and helpful to address our requests. We had to return our discovery for a small service on our way to vacation. A.J. met us with a new car and danishes, moved our luggage to the new car and all with a happy smile and at 7 a.m. on a Sunday morning! Great service!

I request my 2003 M-B be looked at for the driver side seat not working. I was told there would be a 120.00 charge to find out what the problem was. I agreed to this. I recieved a quick response to what the malfunction was; the seat CPU ws bad. I was told this would cost 500.00 with laor 700.00. I agreed to have them do the work. When I received my car back a few days later, I paid the price for the repair and drove down the road and relized the seat was not working. I call the service department and informed them and was told to bring the car back. I was told a few days later the CPU was defective and that a new one was ordered. I was the told that the mechanic stated there was a problem under the passsenger seat, which worked when i brought it in, and that I would need to pay another 120.00 to find out what that problem was. I stated I would pick the car up that afternoon. When i arrived I found that not only was the driver side seat not working but the passenger side was not working. I told Ryan this and he stated the service manager would give me a call the next day. Two week later, I have not recieved a call. Clearly the worst service I have ever recieved since owining this car.
i clearly do nor recommend this service department to anyone, and the will never get business from me again!!!!
