It was always a pleasant experience to visit Mercedes either for services or to pick up another red Mercedes. The waiting area is nice and clean and the freshly baked cookies are amazing. I just purchased my forth Mercedes with Harry Anderson, and I thoroughly enjoyed his services on providing updated technology and his attention to details. Harry is intelligent and knowledgeable. In fact, he has been a licensed pilot of twin-engine plane since teenage and his many years of practicing business laws made him an outstanding salesman. Did I mention that he is a gentleman as well?

Avoid this dealership! Had a Mercedes on hold and when I arrived for my scheduled appointment, I was told that the car was in the process of being sold to someone who walked in just 30 minutes before. They intentionally sold the car out from underneath me and neither the salesman or sales manager that confirmed the appointment with me would come out of their office to explain or to apologize. Especially frustrating, dishonest and disrespectful considering they both knew I was driving several hours from out of state to purchase the car. I have owned Mercedes for over 20 years and never had such a horrible experience with a dealership. Disappointing and absolutely not up to Mercedes standards.

I request my 2003 M-B be looked at for the driver side seat not working. I was told there would be a 120.00 charge to find out what the problem was. I agreed to this. I recieved a quick response to what the malfunction was; the seat CPU ws bad. I was told this would cost 500.00 with laor 700.00. I agreed to have them do the work. When I received my car back a few days later, I paid the price for the repair and drove down the road and relized the seat was not working. I call the service department and informed them and was told to bring the car back. I was told a few days later the CPU was defective and that a new one was ordered. I was the told that the mechanic stated there was a problem under the passsenger seat, which worked when i brought it in, and that I would need to pay another 120.00 to find out what that problem was. I stated I would pick the car up that afternoon. When i arrived I found that not only was the driver side seat not working but the passenger side was not working. I told Ryan this and he stated the service manager would give me a call the next day. Two week later, I have not recieved a call. Clearly the worst service I have ever recieved since owining this car.
i clearly do nor recommend this service department to anyone, and the will never get business from me again!!!!
