My car was washed. A very thoughtful offer. When it was returned to me after the oil change, it was sparkling, and the man who brought it to me was very nice. He smiled and said, "I came around the building as slowly as I could so nothing would splash on it." I laughed, thanked him, and told him that by the time I left the parking lot, it would be dirty again. We bemoaned that fact and said goodbye.

Worst dealer ever. We bought a new Jetta there. Took it in for the 50k tune up. I booby trapped the car because I was suspicious of the other times. They did NOTHING. No road test, no tire rotating, no oil change. Total scam with a monster bill. When I confronted them, they yelled at! me Said I was an xxxxxxx for not trusting them. Scoundrels!

Recently moved to the area after using a different Mazda dealer for all maintenance for the first 60K miles in my Mazda 6. I will admit I didn't inquire about cost. The service was timely, but I was unpleasantly surprised when I received the bill for almost $80 for an oil change and tire rotation. At my previous dealer that was at most a $50 charge and $40 with a coupon. Also they said that my brakes would be needing change soon, the old dealer said $200-$250 for that, their estimate started at $350 and could go higher! Needless to say I will not be going back there.
