2019 Hyundai Tucson Purchase - Jim
My wife and I purchased a 2019 Hyundai Tucson at Oarsman Mazda Hyundai Mitsubishi of Laurel. We had an excellent experience working with salesperson Nick Cutlip and manager Ben Stark. The end of the model year deals offered by Hyundai brought us into the dealership over the Labor Day weekend. The good service I had received on my 2008 Hyundai Santa Fe in the service department brought us into the dealership. I will be bringing my 2019 Tucson back for maintenance.

My name is Lillian White. My husband and I filed chapter 7 bankruptcy. We received so many car offers and had a very hard time seeing which deal was the right one for us. Nick Cutlip was a very humble, respectful, Godfearing man did all that he can to assist us in purchasing a vehicle. His inventory in which we were looking for was not ideal for our family plus some vehicle was not in our budget. Nik your awesome, sorry your gone, I’m not sure why?
I did get a formal email from a lovely gentleman by the name of Mr. Royston Brathwaite, introducing himself as the new Nik... I’m glade that he was true to the company and making sure that no one was left behind. I was able to purchase my vehicle from my brother in-law because he had what I wanted for the right price. I would buy from Ourisman any day. Now the manager in the used department needs more patience and professionalism. I explained to him the flaws I saw in a vehicle because I work on them, by me being a women, he dismissed me like my opinion doesn’t matter. Plus he was trying to push expensive cars on me because my husband and I income combined can afford an expensive vehicle. He didn’t think it through to ask pertinent questions to see the right fit for us. I may can afford it financially but not physically. I have a family of 6 one in college, a mortgage, younger children, plus a infant, and other bills.
Amazing - Ldevore94
Justin was great to work with! My husband and I were looking for new vehicles with 4awd. He was by far amazing. He made us feel comfortable in our trade ins and provided us with the best vehicles we could ask for. Thank you Justin so much! We love our new vehicles! Everyone that we came in contact with was also great to work with! We will not be going anywhere else.
Very nice - Casualguy1
The people here are really great and would highly recommend coming to this dealership if you want and used or new car for a very great price.
BUYER BEWARE - Tp1
BUYER BEWARE!!! GET EVERYTHING THEY OFFER IN WRITING!! Look very carefully at the car you're buying and every piece of paper.
They quote one number verbally then put a higher number on paper.
They promised to fix a scratch on the bumper BEFORE I signed. When it turned out it would need to be replaced at a high cost (not buffed out for lrless than $100), they refuse to do anything, it's my problem now. NOT how they acted before I signed.

Courteous, professional and great communication througout the process of service. Helen did a great job and was able to arrange for me to speak to the Mitsubishi Technician. Thanks!
Great Experince - Maher
awesome choices, easy to deal with & straight forward from the get go. I got my new Eclipse cross at great price & payment. Was worth the 2 hour drive. I recommend this dealership and their staff. Thank you Renn Kirby Mitsubishi
7500 mile service for Mitsubishi Outlander - Paul
Great customer service. The mechanic did an excellent job and pointed out a need for the car in an honest manner. The waiting room is neat and clean.
Ugly customer service - Zee
Very ugly experience at this dealership there customer service is real bad but I still bought the vehicle. None professional customer service. I will not recommend this no one to go there. My cerdit score was 832 but they still charged me higher interest rate of 6.5% so at Jerry's excellent credit does not really matters. Be careful everybody Mitsubishi will never successful in America because of this kind of dealership management. There sales reps cannot even explain to the customer about there features and selling prices. Unprofessional and stuck up car sales reps, maybe they should work at carmax to learn customer service skills. Never buying from this discombobulated dealership ever. Enjoy the couple of cents you all made off of me.

I can't believe this place stays in business. With such lousy service and attitude it is no surprise that they relocated to College Park so they can avoide their bad Darcars Silver Spring reputation. If they had done their maintenece job correctly the first time, I wouldn't have had to put in so much money later to fix problems they had caused. My car broke down on the highway shortly after their service because they didn't properly put things back together. When I complained to them, they had the nerve to try to get me in their shop and charge me for more service. I will never use them and I strongly urge everybody to avoid them like you'd avoid a sick bird in your back yard.
Buying experience - Kym41
Ronald bobist hands down had been the best salesman we have ever dealt with. His customer service and dedication has made our buying experience smooth. He has kept our price range in the area we like and put us in a truck we like. Very helpful.

This is a relatively "new" Mitsubishi... - alfarooq1393
This is a relatively "new" Mitsubishi dealership in the Silver Spring autopark. Actually, they have been around for a very long time as a Lincoln-Mercury dealer, but recently switched to Mitsubishi. I think this works in their favor, as they are very used to treating everyone like VIPs, since Lincoln back in the day was really your "upscale" type of car (and thus had very upscale clientele). Whatever the reason, this dealership has a great staff that is very friendly and attentive. Above all, what I really like was the lack of pressure. I mean, there was literally almost NONE. They simply did their best to show me what I wanted, and worked hard to make it a reality. I wanted the best financing rate (0% at the time), and they got it for me. I wanted it on a certain car (EVO or Ralliart) and they showed me several options. They never pressured me to look at or take anything I wasn't interested in. I have had that happen at SO many dealerships. I also needed to trade in my current car, and even wanted some cash back in the deal. They worked that all out no problem. Even the time with the finance guy to sign the contract was a breeze (normally, that is the part I dread the most). I was expecting to be back there for 2 hours while they tried to sell me a million different extended warranties, rust protection, or whatever else was the gimmick of the week. NOPE! They simply showed me a few quick options (like gap insurance) and that was it. It took just minutes. I can't really say I was sitting there more than 15 minutes total. The whole experience was just fast and painless. And just to qualify myself, this is my 5th new car purchase since around 1999, so I go through this around every 4-5 years or so, so I know about the new car buying experience. This dealership (at least the sales dept) is great. I have not had any service done there yet, but if the sales staff is any indication, I won't mind giving them a try. I would recommend Safford to anyone looking for a car, and especially anyone looking for a Mitsu. I am now rolling in my 2011 Ralliart and loving it.

Ahh... where to start? Should it be why I never bought my car there (salesperson wanted me to put down a deposit to test-drive the vehicle)? Is it the 3 times I had to have my mass airflow sensor replaced? Or what about the time I had my car towed there, called them to ask if it was ready (and they said it was) only to get there at 5:00 pm and get told that they had actually never looked at it? Or what about the check engine light coming on after getting their service? Or the trunk light coming on after they did the 50k maintenance? And when telling them it was working when I dropped it off, getting accused of saying that they had sabotaged my car? The service has never been friendly toward me. I wouldn't recommend them for anything.
