Brought my car in for a quote for an extended warranty. Everyone was very helpful. Henry was able to accommodate myself with a loaner while the service had my car for inspection. They found an oil leak which they took care of and gave me a quote for extended warranty. It was a fair offer but it didn’t cover the components I wanted to cover. Will go back in the future for service!

Doris Bounphasaysonh was efficient, friendly, and very helpful. She even found and applied a coupon for me for the least expensive oil change without me asking! I think she is doing a great job-especially as none of the other people reached out to me to see if I needed help even though they seemed to be not doing anything. Doris was with another customer and yet she said “I’ll be right with you” and came over to me as soon as she was finished with the other people. She is clearly one of the best customer service people there!

The staff go above and beyond to take care of problems and to find solutions. After service call, upon returning home, the rear gate of my Forrester had a rod break/ Rose asked Dave to come and look at it ( I live nearby) and he did/ and then they fit me in to get it fixed right away. And let me know I may need axles replaced which I will have scheduled in 3 days. I was very appreciative.
