I had a wonderfully smooth experience purchasing my Mazda - abhirupdutta4

I had a wonderfully smooth experience purchasing my Mazda CPO here! The pricing was very fair compared to the broader used car market, which completely took away the stress of needing to haggle. My car was in great condition, and while it had a few minor quirks, Chris and Adil went absolutely above and beyond to get them sorted out for me. It's clear that they truly value customer satisfaction, which meant a lot to me. I also really appreciated their transparent pricing and the fact that there was zero pressure to buy additional options or services. Overall, this was easily one of the best car-buying experiences I've ever had. 10/10 would highly recommend them to anyone, and I will definitely be keeping them in mind for the future!

Excellent dealership. - phumphries60

Excellent dealership. Chris and Vin were very helpful, as was the lady who did the paperwork. Note their paperwork fee is $20 - I saw many dealerships where the fee ranges from $420=700+ The car is great and I am very happy. I would recommend them in a heartbeat.

I have purchased several cars from Salvador's used car - duffydogs26

I have purchased several cars from Salvador's used car center. I am always met with a fair no nonsense approach and treated very respectfully. I find that Randy and all of the sales people there are kind and have your best interest in mind. I can appreciate this because it's what keeps me coming back. There aren't a lot of small town dealers out there and this one is a gem. No matter what your budget is or what you are looking for you will find it there. Thank you as always.

I worked with Troy and he was great… very knowledgeable! - Skyekim21

Pleasant shopping experience, willing to negotiate, easy - zippy12371

Pleasant shopping experience, willing to negotiate, easy hassle free paperwork. I read online reviews and a little hesitant about buying. But did not experience negative treatment. Would I purchase there again? Yes!! And in 3 trips I was there, saw cleaning people there twice, immaculate. Thank you gentlemen! Gerry

If there were Negative ratings these guys would get it! - jenntavares

If there were Negative ratings these guys would get it! There are the definition of xxxxxxx used car dealer! All the bad reviews you read are 100% true they are repetitive because there true! They under spray there vehicles to hide damage and rust, they don't honor pushing out safe vehicles because they don't care. There not even suppose to be operating a dealership! I am in the process now of taking them to small claims court! The vehicle failed inspection twice before we had to spend over 2,000 to get in road worthy! Oh don't worry they said there mechanic Doug could do 4,600 worth of work for 350.00 lol. I have no idea how they are allowed to have a running business in Swansea but I can tell you I plan on doing everything in my power to get them shut down. There latest bad review speaks of a test drive where the bumper fell off going down the road and the whole car started smoking. These guys clearly don't care about safety or being decent humans, only getting your money and getting on to the next victim.

BUYER BEWARE -- avoid this dealership. - Nate.Hunter

BUYER BEWARE -- avoid this dealership. This has been a deceptive, genuinely horrible experience from delivery through to today, and we are pursuing a formal Massachusetts consumer protection (Chapter 93A) claim as a result. We leased a 2026 Cadillac VISTIQ from Bill DeLuca Chevrolet Cadillac in October 2025. After requesting our own service records months later, we learned that the dealership's technicians had already diagnosed and cleared a high voltage battery warning code on October 23, 2025 -- the very day we took delivery -- via a "global system reset." We were never told about this before signing our lease. The identical battery warning returned within about a month. It was 'repaired' in December 2025, then came back again in May 2026, this time also killing the air conditioning every time outside temperatures rose. The vehicle has been in the shop since June 4, 2026 -- over two months at the time of this review -- with the dealership repeatedly changing its explanation of the cause, replacing parts that didn't fix it, and telling us a critical part is on nationwide backorder with no completion date. We were also given a Chevrolet Equinox as a 'comparable' loaner in place of our three-row Cadillac SUV, then asked to give back the Cadillac loaner we were eventually provided because that vehicle itself had a recall -- while our own car sat unrepaired. We had to fight for basic service records and were given contradictory answers about lease termination from the dealership and from Cadillac Corporate. After we retained legal counsel and sent a formal demand letter, the dealership performed a temporary repair to the battery/AC issue. But the vehicle is now also subject to a manufacturer recall that makes the third row unusable -- the exact reason we leased a three-row SUV in the first place -- and no permanent fix is currently available. We are currently pursuing a formal Massachusetts Chapter 93A consumer protection claim regarding this vehicle. Save yourself the months of frustration, safety concerns, and runaround: avoid this dealership, and if you're considering any EV lease here, insist on seeing the full service history before you sign anything.

Christmas Motors is a rare find . - Bruce Saul

Christmas Motors is a rare find . An honest and courteous helpful experience with no pushy salesmanship at all. Not to mention the high quality standards for the vehicles they sell. Dave is an honest and trustworthy person who is transparent and extremely helpful , You just can’t find places and people like him anymore!

Car was not inexpensive, but nothing is now. - Peg

Car was not inexpensive, but nothing is now. Had 3 problems nearly out of the gate. My mechanic found 2 & I found 1. Required 2 more trips back, 1 hour away, but they fixed one at no cost, split new tires with me, and paid my Honda dealership to fix what they couldn't. Would have been better not to have problems, but overall they dealt with them responsibly.

They are very professional, very helpful, very - Nina

While I was in the market for a used car, I found a... - MedicineMan

While I was in the market for a used car, I found a decent one at Bernardi Honda. I first went to look at the vehicle and had the car open; while I looked around, the salesman assisting me stood about 2 feet away from my opened door. I knew from right then that this was not a dealership that respected it clients but merely treated them like prey. I left immediately but decided since the car was priced right I went back again for a second look. This time I met Ashley who said she was a new salesperson and in all honesty, I thought she was great. I decided to purchase the vehicle but got the run around for a week about finance and paper work. After four trips to Natick from Worcester, I got in to sign my paper work with Greg in finance and this was the worst of it all. It took at least 3 tries to print the correct information in all the forms, and I felt incredibly rushed and in the dark throughout the entire process. Right before signing on the car, I was informed that as a condition of my financing, I was required to purchase almost $5,000 of additional insurance. I questioned this multiple times and was given the same answer that it was required by my finance company. About a month after my purchase, I was told that it is illegal to force a purchase of insurance and after contacting my finance company, I was told that they do not require any additional insurance. I actually had to fight to get the insurance taken off of my deal. If customer service is important to you, then you should know that throughout this entire ordeal (besides Ashley who provided a direct contact number), I rarely DIDN'T get sent to voicemail. Bernardi Honda, besides Ashley and the receptionists, is hands down the absolute worst place I have ever purchased or even shopped for a vehicle. I was given every dirty dealer line and scam you can get and more from each department. I guess to this dealership, you really are just a number.

I Located a car that Mike was interested in. - riderauto

I Located a car that Mike was interested in. I was gong to purchase it then possibly resell it to him. We decided it would be easier for him to just buy the car from the seller I was going to buy it from and we agreed on a "Finders Fee" he would pay me. He ended up buying the car and listing it online for sale. When I sent him a text saying "Hey, I see you got the car" I got no reply from him. That way May 5th. I figured maybe he was busy or on vacation so I left it go. Here we are a month later. I went to his FB page to get his website link. I see the car is gone so I sent him another text. When I go back to FB, I see he blocked or unfriended me there and never answered the text I sent today. All the conversation s and dealings I have had with him until now have been ok. Apparently once he gets what he wants from you he drops you and does not fulfill his promises or finalize the verbal agreement we had. I would not trust Mike or anyone at his business now. It's a shame because I could have sent him plenty of other cars he could have purchased and resold for a profit, but I will not do so any more. The sad part about this is that he does not have the xxxxx to reply to me and hides behind a keyboard or text messages.

The owner was knowledgeable and you can tell he really - kipstreeter

Arthur at Marquis Motors is incredibly knowledgeable in - piantmw

Arthur at Marquis Motors is incredibly knowledgeable in all things Land Rover. Arthur took the time to explain a number of mechanical issues and tendencies with the model. Arthur is a genuine and honest man and he worked with the dealership, shippers, and vendors to ensure our needs and goals were met. Family run dealership that does the right thing. Highly recommend.

"Unbelievable! - RWall7563

"Unbelievable! In a class by itself" is the only way to describe Bespoke Auto, LLC. Never in my many years of auto purchasing experiences have I come across a company, product and people remotely this extraordinary. So far from typical of what one would routinely expect in a car dealership purchase and sales encounter. The integrity and excellence of Miroslav and Evo were a refreshing and pleasant surprise. Their approach and their inventory both were topnotch. This uncharacteristic superiority, far surpassing the majority of their competitors' sub-par standards. Bespoke certainly sets the bar pretty high. We were met with courteous and knowledgeable professionals. The entire purchasing process was a forthright and pleasant experience. Seamless and smooth. It was an unexpected and welcomed pleasure. The automobile was VERY reasonably priced and matched it's advertised quality and condition. Additionally, it was finely detailed and pristine. Even post-purchase, they continue to be attentive and available to us, behaving well above expectation. They run a respectable and ethical business providing exemplary service, for which I am grateful. This is an extremely rare find in a dealership. So rare that it prompted this detailed review I write with pleasure. They run their business with integrity. They provide a smooth sales transaction from the initial inquiry until you are driving off the lot. I've already happily recommended them to three people. We will most certainly be repeat customers... and I look forward to it. FIVE STARS. Very happy with our purchase and Bespoke Auto, LLC Thank you, Miroslav and Evo.

Amazing family own dealer. - Elsnakodj

Amazing family own dealer. Quick and easy and got me into this car the same day. Thanks Ray and Ray

So happy with my new ride! - StephanieH

I bought an Acura TL from Chelmsford Auto Sales and it drives awesome. I am so happy! They were friendly and got me financed quickly so I was able to drive away only a few days after first walking in. I wasn't pressured at all to buy - I was the one pressuring them because I wanted the car so bad. They totally delivered by talking to my insurance company and going to the registry for me. I would recommend this place because they have a nice selection of cars and SUVs and they seem much more reputable than other places in the neighborhood.
